Yeah but the troll on ascent was so damn unexpeted that it brought the question of whether or not TSM wanted to continue trolling

So TSM decides to suddenly try and obliterate faze....tf is going on

posted about 2 years ago

I don't think Sen lost during their scrims in Europe either. V1 allegedly got shit on by cNed tho.

posted about 2 years ago

Split is somewhat more digestable. Less jumping and obviously dumb peeks.

DDK and Sgares are the best casters with actual gameplay analysis but for this match (TSM vs Faze) because its such a big troll, it just doesn't really add up.....though I'd still take them over all the other casters easily

Funniest match but so dumb bruh....

posted about 2 years ago

Bang is just fucking around by running and gunning + jumping while shooting

wtf are these people doing. Ik its just a seeding match but does TSM really think Faze is that much of a toss over or is there something mutual between them to just play this pug style?

My guy....tf are you on

3/8 bait cause I actually replied

#TSMFTX

But wtf is going on in this match

But defaulting is also much more simplistic as a result of how T sided and how large this map is.

From the few breeze matches we've seen, its usually just a dedicated A or B rush with little rotates really being made since it takes like 20-30 seconds to travel from one part to the next.

Its interesting to watch IMO since I really want to see how pros play this blasphemy of a map.

I mean, I think TSM will win not necessarily because of their previous records with Faze but rather that Faze's style and strategy is so easy to counter and it looked like Rise and LG really didn't give a shit about which team they played against.

TSM won't throw lol. They are quite confident they can take on the tournament and win. If they are going into the tournament with the mindset that they'll lose then they wouldn't be considered a top team right now.

TSM's greatest strengths lie in their confidence so it wouldn't make sense for them to avoid playing Envy and Sentinels.

Thats what I mean by first strike qualifier GF

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, its a seeding match. A match that isn't "life or death" and doesn't matter too much obviously won't generate as much viewers. Plus shrouds typical viewers went to like Shahzam and others.

" Look at me I am doing the same thing Lmao. Tone it down a bit?"

LMAO BRO THIS IS SO FUCKING TRUE. Yeah tsm posts need to tone it down but from a fan's perspective, after being trashed on for the past few months, this is just a dream come true.

posted about 2 years ago

They just need to win 2 in a row in the next qualifier and its BERLIN!

posted about 2 years ago

Seeing those thrifty throws are still really hard to watch but at least those are mistakes they can fix pretty easily (hopefully).

TSM look so fucking strong right now and it isn't even funny. A coach who analyzes and writes essays on the opponents weakness and a sova who consistently does VOD reviews. They are no longer dry peeking and instead work for picks and trades. This is a huge improvement regardless of my bias.

Either they realized their Bind weakness or they shifted comps based on the teams they play against.

He's definitely getting signed after this qualifier.

Not sure if there is a "better bracket." Getting first seed might mean playing Envy (strong team), but you would need to play sentinels second round.

Getting 2nd to third would put you either against Xset or 100t which both are decently scary. There is no "better" bracket. Its all relatively hard.

posted about 2 years ago

T side unless you don't have viper, then you might as well not play breeze

Leviathan said that they were still trying to assimilate him onto the roster which only bears further potential for the team. Apparently Chet is a very good coach and very dedicated. I was surprised by his comments on Hazed's midround calling cause I honestly doubted it. As much as I criticize his midrounding, if Leviathan is holding it with such high regard then I must respect that.

Edit: I know Chet was renowned in CS but his history in Valorant hasn't proven much so it was nice hearing positive things about his coaching.

Tenz hasn't been rank 1 in radiant for the past like 5-6 months....Rank helps but I don't think the leaderboards really matter at all.

Envy

posted about 2 years ago

I mean, anyone with half decent CS history would agree with that statement about him not being a really "cool" person. Just about anyone aside from teammates.

posted about 2 years ago

He was called a rat because of what he did during the IBP incident and also attempting to fix matches with people like n0thing

posted about 2 years ago

He really isn't....Its only because his team is now prominent that he has to look more "professional"

posted about 2 years ago

Why would they drop Brax when Dawn is literally just a sub? Brax is great but needs to make sova a more comfortable agent for him and less "static-y"

posted about 2 years ago

Blame the format....Its honestly pretty bad

posted about 2 years ago

Wait, but if T1 win, wouldn't TSM be tied with T1 for points? Wouldn't that change everything?

posted about 2 years ago

T1 should win this despite what my pickems say.

posted about 2 years ago

Somehow every single one of your points are the exact opposite of the truth.

Drone named Sova as his favorite agent but phoenix just suiting his playstyle more. No, he did not perform better on sova than on phoenix, thats just incorrect no matter what stats you look at; he was literally titled the best phoenix in NA or even the world for awhile, reinventing what it meant to be a phoenix. But with his strongest agent falling out of the meta, so did he.

posted about 2 years ago

Ah I see, hopefully we won't need to rely on the points. But thats very reassuring now.

LETS GOOOO

They got LCQ?

posted about 2 years ago

He's trying to retract his statement just for bonus luck against T1

posted about 2 years ago

If they can continue a successful run, maybe they can take the next challengers as well for a spot in Berlin.

Hopefully at least.

THAT 2K WAS INSANE WTF

posted about 2 years ago

WARDELL MARSHALL WTF

posted about 2 years ago

You get VCT points for Masters 1 and the Final Challengers stage for 2 and 3, which scale based on placements. Only ranks 3-10 of highest VCT points can get into LCQ.

posted about 2 years ago

20 was for the entire series. It was 10 for split iirc

posted about 2 years ago

Not sure whats so amazing about that compared to his 10 FB/FD yesterday. 16-6 KD is expected if you win 13-4.

posted about 2 years ago

damn....wtf

posted about 2 years ago

Raze is basically the best duelist on split no competition. Jett works as well but if you run a Jett, you should probably run a Raze as well. But yeah as you said, Wardell can do it.

posted about 2 years ago

Trust the process. TSM is about to take the world by a storm (hopefully).

posted about 2 years ago

TSM is just a far more agro team which has its pros and cons.

posted about 2 years ago

Well shroud has been memeing on TSM for quite some time now as jokes.

Though, he will always favor T1 just because he was friends with many players on T1 at one point during his CS career so its expected.
