Thing is its very hard to get info on the pro scene unless you’re already a pro or a friend of the pros (like most reporters are).

M3C have two of the best chamber players in EMEA as do Liquid. How can you say that they will thrive after the nerf? Also, SEN have no good chamber players on their team and they ended up hot potatoing it between Shahz, dapr and Kanpeki. If chamber falls out of the meta it will benefit them greatly.

Liquid will 100% be affected by this tho? They have not one but two cracked chamber players on the team and you’re saying they won’t be affected? Imo they use chamber heavily and will probably be one of the most affected by this. I’d also put M3C in this category. Imo SEN will thrive the most off this nerf. They adapted to chamber meta horribly.

Name: Lurk
Class: Controller
E ability: (Trick) (1 charge | comes for free | 40 second recharge time) This ability allows Trickster to deploy a 25x1 meter wall which can be curved in the same way as a Phoenix wall. This wall displays the background on the other side as though there were no abilities/players on that side. However this wall is very slightly distorted on that side. The wall lasts 8 seconds and this ability also dampens all sound coming through it by 45%. Right click to switch the side of the wall that displays the background on the other side.
Q ability: (Pulse) (1 charge | 200 credits) This ability allows Trickster to emit a pulse which scans in a 10x10 meter radius for all moving enemies and it will scan all enemy utility that has been placed down. If an enemy or an ability has been scanned, the enemies scanned will have their position revealed to Trickster but not his teammates. The enemies will receive a notification that they have been scanned.
C ability: (Grime) (2 charges | 200 credits) This ability allows Trickster to deploy a handful of sludge. This sludge moves in a straight line until it hits a wall or an enemy. Once it hits, it explodes in a 7x7 meter radius and all enemies that are caught in its radius are slowed by 10% and continuously revealed to Trickster and his teammates until they leave the radius of the sludge.
Ultimate ability: (Dark Presence) (8 ult points) This ability allows Trickster to emit continuous pulses in a 20x20 meter radius for 20 seconds. All enemies caught in the radius will become DISORIENTED and will be nearsighted and see decoys of Trickster and his teammates running at them. If an enemy shoots any decoy, they lose 10 HP, are revealed to Trickster and his teammates for 0.5 seconds. The clones spawn at random intervals (minimum 0.5 seconds apart, maximum 3 seconds apart).

Depends on who you are. In his case (15 years old in american curriculum whose grades are dropping) I’d probably limit it to 2 or 3 on schooldays and to 4 on weekends.
Agreed with last 2 paragraphs. We just need more skilled IGL’s and coaches to help improve our adaptability then MENA can reach its full potential. It just sucks to see the region underperform time and time again due to these issues.
Maybe you’re right about Shuriken but idk man. I think that RockeT is actually super underrated in the MENA and could perform in VRLs if a good team picked him up. He certainly performed in Strike Arabia Championship Finals and actually diffed alvar in the stage 2 mena finals. He is consistently top or second top frag every game he plays and I think he deserves some respect on his name.

The stats are certainly there on his behalf. Check MENA Resilence stage 2 acs and make sure to disregard open qualifiers. He is almost at the top of the leaderboard in terms of ACS. Even the casters and the analysts were saying that Falcons just weren’t adapting fast enough to Angry Titans and it clearly cost them.
Yes there are some incredibly talented players in MENA region such as RockeT, alvar, Shuriken, near, etc. but unfortunately our adaptability and strats are utter garbage and some teams rely heavily on imported talents to carry them which further dilutes our strength as a subregion.
Idk. He said he wants to move to a more agressive role so I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes the Raze but how he will perform on it is a big question mark seeing as he has almost never played duelists before.
