Best pick 'ems rn are 17/23 correct. Honestly they probably just smacked their head on the kb for them.

I don't even wanna predict EMEA no more.
Top 10% pick 'ems almost look half grey.

Honestly, it's been every dang region at this point.

Yeah but I listed teams in order that they beat eachother. I can't shove DRX anywhere so I just stated they're the only team that hasn't partaken in the madness.

GE > RRQ > TS > PRX > GenG
At this point only DRX haven't partaken in this madness.

Now that you mention it, I don't disagree.

This is probably the first APAC result I genuinely did not see coming at all.

Selling all my Bleed stock, it's over.

Praying to a higher power to break this Yay curse.

Ngl, this will be the last game I'll put my faith in T1. If they lose? Time for a breakup :(

I would love to see a full Omega bracket sweep, but seeing who DFM is up against, it isn't looking great.

In this article it's stated "The second stage will be played with a similar format to Stage 1, but with teams playing intra-group matchups instead."

When I was looking up what intra means, it seems to translate to "Within", and intra-group meaning "Within a single group", according to Merriam-Webster definitions. I've never heard of this term anywhere else, but it definitely seems to indicate it's one group.

Idk why you'd think that.

That format previously was 54 BO3's & one BO5 with weekly games, and totaled like 9 weeks.
After that we only had internationals, and 6 worst teams had to do a 5 day long LCQ for Champions.

Here it's the exact same format, but it's split into 2 groups to make it shorter & playoffs will have unique matchups too.
Stage 2 is one group instead of 2. So it'd be the same as last year's EMEA League, but probably with less breaks & some other considerations.

Not sure about that one. I feel like they were in contention starting from the group stage.
A fluke run to me is if they looked completely out of it for a whole season, and suddenly won.

It wasn't until I read some of the comments that I realized how dumb this is. There are dozens of quote retweets with 1k+ likes against him because nobody likes him sweating on battlebit. That's kinda funny to me.

Why separate EU from Turkey & CIS, but keep USA and Canada as one package. What would USA have won without players from Canada? Nothing, TenZ was with Sentinels when they won Reykjavik and Marved & FNS were part of Optic. Pure USA teams always fell short. There are too many ways you can twist a ranking like this.
Edit: Not to mention some regions are just a single country. Japan, Turkey, Korea & Brazil on an island.

APAC #1 seed, EMEA #2 seed, NA #3 seed. The script...

EG better win cause this is like the only points I'm getting from this darn lower bracket after their little stunt.

Evil Geniuses are expected to win this event.

I can't believe we avoided OT because Chichoo didn't walk half a meter forward, but I'm happy about it.

Perhaps you haven't watched enough of EG's recent games, they look like a different beast entirely compared to how they started.

I am so sad I overslept, if EG were going to completely demolish my pick 'ems I want to see it. If they don't go on a LB run I get 0 points :D

God I hope Bleed doesn't fumble at the final stage. The fact that they've gone flawless only to have a moment where they aren't allowed to fumble even a little? Harsh, they deserve this and I hope they succeed.

Talon is a roster with a core that's managed to put up a fight against big teams since VCT has been a thing. Sad to see how badly they're doing now, but at least I feel hope that they can get their shit together.

They were doing alright, just not when it mattered. Previous results had them winning against T1, Akrew and Complexity. People thought they'd rise since they were a new team, but they fell instead. Happens.
Similar with Ghost Gaming, who did even better until it mattered.
