T1. Gotta support fellow asian teams.
Entire Asia have your back now. Win it for Asia, Go Beat G2
Entire asia got your back T1, better beat G2.
EDG never lose bo5. Muggle in match conference said they been saving Haven for future matches (now).
EDG 13-0 haven incoming.
Can’t remember if it was Buzz or stax, but one of them did say that they never lose to CN team. The “never” lose rematch thing gonna be another record to break.
kr1stal good initiator
it's gonna be BO5, any players could get exhausted from today and not perform at their best tomorrow. EDG more favoured to win but anything is possible.
iZu unleash his potential by playing with KR comms.
Pacific > EMEA
EDG players treat G2 players nicely, Chichoo supported G2 in post match interview after T1 match saying LETSGO G2.
G2 fans: leaf demolishes the fraud chichoo.
My suggestion is to just enjoy it, don't try to expect too much and try to not nitpick. OCE should be happy Shanghai/Seoul/Bangkok 3 good tournament for OCE timezone before Toronto/Paris starts.
criticising about people and culture from complete opposite part of the world is crazy.
That's what fan pop up event is for. They have it in Seoul champs, it's just not broadcasted.
7 Western teams + 3 Asian teams
Asia GC sill getting the CS treatment huh.
I remember seeing Leo Faria interview and he said Americas Ascension can't be held in US cause Brazilian ascension team would need 6 months of VISA process application to compete travel to US. Ascension 23 was in Brazil and Ascension 24 was in Mexico (LATAM North). LATAM/South America will always have ascension location over the US.
What I'm getting at, is that in order for RIOT to hast international events that are not in EU/North America/China/JP/KR they want to trial it with ascension first for production/logistics reason like Ascension 23 Bangkok/24 GC Asia Bangkok -> 25 Masters Bangkok.
MENA is being tested with EWC, so as for "LATAM" the only logistic/production approved location to be likely chosen for masters would be Mexico, unless there was a significant offseason in LATAM that I haven't heard about.
Timezone viewer from Asia. Lock IN is the only international tournament that I dozed off the most, due to being extremely super late.
I’m saying since China has masters Shanghai (24) and Champs (26), they have 2 international event whilst US has only 1 (23 Champs). So having a 2nd US event (masters) would be more likely.
LATAM Timezone (Argentina/Brazil) is worst case scenario for Asia (China/Pacific) viewers. Would be crazy for China to get 2 international events and US only gets one.
Partnership 2.0 going to be Chaotic. Every single player will be FA.
Masters New York
Masters London
Champs Beijing (RIOT already confirm Champs 26 going to be in China).
cause in valorant, riot gave Asian teams equal international slots -> give equal opportunity for growth and improvement.
CS very neglectful in Asia market, only care to western audience so more western teams = less improvement for Asia CS teams to get better.
International experience is huge to improvement of the team, just look at 2021 Masters Berlin PRX.
Autumn said in post match press conference that T1 6 man roster Sylvan IN, Carpe subbed out due to "internal conflict" anyone have any idea what the conflict is?
Chichoo vs nAts opening game.
KangKang vs Derk Grand Final.
ALL script for EDG Victory.
If the events held in asia, u would get stuff like this. This ain't a thing in western culture.
Chichoo vs nAts opening Game
KangKang vs Derke Grand Final
Its the Script.
EDG has yet to play Haven in Bangkok.
I used to watch Fortnite competitive 2019-2022. Stopped watching it cause game died out in Asia + epic to only focus on western region only closing down CN server + give asia less and less prize pool + remove switch cup (where asia have 8x playerbase compared to NA + exclude JP from PS cup so NA + EU have more playerbase therefore more prize pool.
January 2025 Epic doing a test server in Jakarta (Finally SEA server) and if EPIC does make it permanent and there's enough competitive playerbase, might consider watching competitive fortnite again, cause I only ever mainly watch asia timezone tournaments.
I know its still early but we need to see more nAts in Toronto and Paris.
asterisk technicalities nitpicking.
PRX needs to compete with KR teams or else they’ll get complacent in SEA.
EDG beat G2

Chichoo vs nAts Opening Game
KangKang vs Derke Grand Final.
Happy EDG.
EDG players gone through so much hate from Madrid/Shanghai. Losing map 1 is nothing.
he did say on podcast that he's gonna stream masters bangkok on twitch.
make sure to rewatch it by having potato chip as snacks.
new EMEA representation each year is good.
