EMEA is washed and Pacific won 2 of last 3 international tournament. RRQ has Jemkin and Kush that tops numbers and Nongshim have reputable long history of undefeated games as SPG. Americas teams are fluctuate up down inconsistent weekly and Non EDG CN teams are not at the level yet.

his contracts will end after this season, if anything he's fighting for a new contract.

EDG added Sunshine to their coaching staff roster.

RRQ probably cares more about their "brand ambassador" than streamer. Do their valo streamer Allyc and Nabbsky even stream masters Bangkok? Don't see the vods on their YT channel.

NRG - Nothing against the player. Just org involvement with National Guard. We don’t need such involvement in esport ecosystem. Surprised this doesn’t get talk about enough like the EWC.

Ascension 23 Bangkok -> Masters 25 Bangkok
Ascension 24 Jakarta -> Masters 26 Jakarta
Champs 27 either gonna be Tokyo or Singapore (should test ascension 25 in Singapore for logistics).

Cheapest: ฿871 or $41
Most Expensive ฿2,468 or $117

Toronto isn't asia, so most likely gonna be 1st world western country prices. Expect 2x to 4x the price.

feel like manila need to host ascension first to pass the logistics issue. As things stand, Jakarta feels more favoured to host next masters cause Indonesia successfully held ascension before just like Bangkok.

  • APAC and CN teams scrim each other quite often, that's one reason.
  • Another reason is that asian teams usually gets the least international slot compared to western teams in other games, so international support always there from both CN/Asia.

EDG also team with most bundle sales.

  • 2023 coaching staff had stunner (non kr), Munchkin wanted to leave T1 cause he didn't like his involvement in the team and autumn double down on it and hire more non KR coach in Daeda (very nice person as seen in xccurate stream) and to complement rossy/xccurate signing.
  • Daeda was later signed as player developmental coach whilst stunner was assistant coach helping autumn with strategy planning map veto etc.
  • T1 didn't make madrid + poor shanghai performance and management was right about wanting to implement full KR speaking team start of 2024 season in which Joe Marsh conducted that interview saying full KR roster.
  • Autumn wanted english speaking roster to work (which didn't) and had to go with management decision.
posted 5 months ago
  • From Joe marsh interview, looks like the management wanted full KR team in 2024, but autumn had wanted xccurate from 2023 and Xccurate said he wasn't ready at the time.
  • Rossy was signed (end 23) because comms heading into 2024 was in english and k1ng wasn't comfortable.
  • Xccurate had weekly KR lesson ever since his signing but unfortunately wasn't good enough.
  • Daeda halfway 2024 season already knew that next season (2025) its gonna be full KR speaking roster from T1 management.

TLDR; its not autumn, its the T1 management.

new? Cheonggak was part of T1 2023 Coaching staff. It's good that T1 brought him back cause T1 made it to all international events when he was part of the coaching staff. He's not new. Indigo is the only one that's new.

kangkang mentioned he was uncomfortable playing Yoru and the fact he was forced to change mouse (press conference just a minute ago) it does affect him not able to play wireless mouse (cause dont want reoccuring issue). He still gave it his all.

If we're talking rank demons, gotta be mint then, but doenmo already a KR representative. Aco would've been a better pick from ZETA streamer, her celebration antics was camera content worthy.

EDG outplaced SEN/VIT.
What's your opinion on Zekken/Derke then.
