Rock paper scissors, this is the exact sort of thing I would argue with my brother about too. Honestly, it probably doesn't really matter if it's + or - 0.5 or 0.3. Both seem reasonable to me. (also, the point of the lab was probably not even to see what the room for error is so I doubt your teacher would care much about it)

Bruh it weighs like barely anything. It comes with up to 16 grams of weights (in sizes of 2g and 4g weights) which you can insert into allocated slots inside your mouse, but you can choose to not use them.
Without the optional weights, it weighs like a feather, if that's too heavy for you then that's a you problem.
If male teams are just going to be running around and skill diff-ing and winning 1v1 interactions, won't that only promote the development of better team strats and just overall more team coordination and better utility usage to counteract and compensate for a raw mechanical skill diff?

A few years ago, a mother and father decided they needed a break, so they wanted to head out for a night on the town. They called their most trusted babysitter. When the babysitter arrived, the two children were already fast asleep in bed. So the babysitter just got to sit around and make sure everything was okay with the children.

The phone line was silent for a moment, and the father who was talking to the babysitter at the time said, “Take the children and get out of the house… we’ll call the police. We don’t own an angel statue.”
The police found both of the children and the babysitter slumped in pools of their own blood within three minutes of the call. No statue was found.

Wdym they will not get more opportunities and they will give the same reason again? These things take time, just be patient, and your region will slowly be integrated more and more internationally.

Tbh the guns are in a good place right now and there doesn't really seem to be any gun category type where there should be change (shotguns, rifles, smgs, pistols, heavy weapons, etc. which all look to be in a healthy place). The only thing that really comes to mind might be some sort of automatic sniper as you mentioned, but I don't really see it as of upmost necessity rn.
oh wait, I forgot about audio since a new sound file plays every time you cock/reload/fire a gun with a skin with effects, so to be very exact, yes it would require ever so slightly more processing power and could lower your fps, but audio files are extremely small file sizes and would practically make no noticeable affect on your pc's ability to perform (lots of people ik regularly play music simultaneously while playing the game anyways)
No it shouldn't. Having a certain skin simply changes the pixels from one color to another one. Whether or not you have a skin isn't going to require more processing power to display a new pixel light color vs the original pixel light color.
Vision Strikers were arguably the second/third best team at Berlin (close with Envy) cutting it really close with Gambit. They definitely have a chance.

Not really. Sentinel roles tend to prefer phantoms, while duelist roles tend to be more even use of both guns. More importantly though, they both shine in different maps with phantoms being used more on maps like split and bind while maps like breeze lean more towards vandal.

Trash take. Yes Envy got an arguably easier bracket in groups, but they definitely proved that they have what it takes, beating Sen and 100T in quarters and semis and not dropping a single map so far. (I'm rooting for Gambit btw but I hope it'll be a close and exciting match)

80% of the Russian population lives in the geographically European part of Russia in the west. Technically they compete in CIS and are part of EMEA but calling them EU is not really inaccurate. Nevertheless when 100T beat Gambit, I saw no shortage of uncultured NA kids spamming "EU kekw" or "NA > EU", but the second Gambit start winning dominantly and look like favorites to win the title, all of a sudden the NA kids call them EMEA.
Depending on how the finals go (if Gambit is able to easily defeat Envy), then you could argue that VS were the 2nd best team, but that doesn't mean a Gambit vs Envy match won't be incredible to watch either
I think it depends on the final. If Gambit have a very convincing win, then you could easily argue Vision Strikers top 2 after Gambit.
