I found more Brazilians admitting that some Loud fans are cancerous. Wanna see those as well?

edit: I'll just link it here so you don't ask for it later, comment #3 by a Brazilian admits that some Loud fans are cancerous

Why are you guys placing DRX so high up? (not that I'm complaining ofc :) With respect to Fnatic and NIP, they didn't exactly look like the strongest teams

posted about 3 years ago

so it means sh*t? nice

anyways... my point still stands

BronzilianYoru: "we are just always cheerful. The same happens in League of Legends"
Mca: disowning and insulting Brazilian League teams

BronzilianYoru: "you should understand that we are not hyping"
Mca: "Vamos ser campeões no VAL"

lmfao

mwzera is now my 2nd favorite player :)

you can be optimistic and not a sore to others and overhyping your teams to the moon

posted about 3 years ago

so what is "bosta" then? If it's a curse word, then the point is the same. Focus on the Valorant part, I just thought it was funny because you said "we are just always cheerful. The same happens in League of Legends" yet this Brazilian is cursing away at the Brazilian League teams. pretty contradictory

I know the difference between being optimistic and hyping by saying things like Brazil will win it all.

BronzilianYoru: "you should understand that we are not hyping"
Mca: ""Vamos ser campeões no VAL"

k...

why was I downvoted then if I made valid points sob T_T my ego. Also I didn't mean you specifically, sry if I implied it. I thought G2 looked decent enough? or ig not. Liquid looked good as well, and Loud too, hope both make it far and hopefully Drx doesn't run into either of them :)

"have you seen any br people sayng that loud would win the whole thing?"

here's Mca the Brazilian saying this under an article about Loud: "Vamos ser campeões no VAL"

posted about 3 years ago

I'm finding a heck ton of hyping as I'm scrolling through past threads and comments, incomparable to any other team or region.

Here's a nice relevant one I found under an article about Loud from Mca, the avid Brazilian Loud fan:

"Vamos ser campeões no VAL e os bostas do LoL não conseguem sair da fase de grupos."
"We're going to be champions in Valorant and League assholes/idiots can't get out of the group stage."

sorry if you're dissapointed, but I can tell the difference between cheering, and overhyping your team to the moon by saying they're going to win it all

posted about 3 years ago

bruh salty Brazilians downvoting me, I said nothing but true statements in my previous comment 😔

but yeah ^ what you said, Liquid are looking better, everyone is improving

posted about 3 years ago

I am aware of the difference

which side are you on? lol

posted about 3 years ago

as if Brazil is something special

posted about 3 years ago

you gringos? KKKKKKKKK
where did you get that 1.5% statistic from? I have not seen any other region/fanbase come close to hyping their teams as much as you guys have

posted about 3 years ago

Some flaws...

  • DRX played arguably some of the weaker teams (no disrespect to those teams)
  • Nip barely beat Fnatic who had 2 last minute subs
  • Loud barely beat Liquid who weren't even supposed to qualify (Loud even lost more rounds than they won)
  • Japan beat Br but are ranked below them
  • Latam got eliminated without winning a single map and theoretically couldn't have done worse, yet they're not last

Conclusion: wait until the event is actually over

posted about 3 years ago

All true. WP to Loud they look promising.

posted about 3 years ago

Incorrect. Loud won last pistol did they not? They also won numerous ecoes themselves. And they lost more rounds in total than they won.
Like I said, wp to them, but the region has a long way to go still. A Brazil getting a shaky win over a team that wasn't even supposed to qualify after losing so many international games doesn't suddenly revive the region into a competitive one.

posted about 3 years ago

kekw please don't respond salty kid. who did VK beat again? literally only Zeta division after losing to 4 other teams? If that's what you're trying to brag about then I feel bad for you

posted about 3 years ago

why would I be mad? I said wp, and a step in the right direction for them

posted about 3 years ago

Loud did not stand up to the immense hype coming from Brazilian fans. They lost more rounds than they won against a team that wasn't even supposed to qualify. WP to them, a good step in the right direction, but them and their region still have a lot to prove.

posted about 3 years ago

lol calm down. WP to them but they beat a team that wasn't even supposed to qualify in the first place

you whimsy delusional pre pubescent child

Conveniently forgets all the death threats Brazil sends after they are the ones using exploits. And then plays victim after that.

Korea got 3rd at Reykjavik, drx smashed acend, they statistically performed the best behind gambit stage 3, being the only team to bring a close game and take maps off them after playoffs.

VK beat who you delusional crybaby?

"contracting unproven players in NA is definitely not the move"

nice at least we agree on that. Therefore... they should move to Korea to sign already internationally proven players many of whom are free agents, or just nab them from the Japanese scene :)
There's not that many options left in NA to build a good team from, unless a horde of CSGO players decide to switch over.

T1 has some of the largest companies in the world pumping loads of money into them and yes you are correct, T1 is one of the biggest names in esports so it is easier for them to acquire sponsorship deals. But again, Valorant teams in Korea's relatively tiny scene have big sponsors too as well, DRX has sponsors like Red Bull, Razer, and Porshe. DWK has sponsors like Kia, Adidas, and Logitech.
(also I'm pretty sure once a company sponsors an org, all the teams in that org will honor the sponsorship, not just their league team or any other specific team.)

only logical conclusion

🇺🇸 --> ✈️ --> 🇰🇷

:)

posted about 3 years ago

""On the contrary, T1 are contracting unproven players in NA." ???? yes this is literally the point i am trying to make."

You literally said "contracting unproven players may not be the move"... my brain is throbbing or I'm super confused

"T1 is actively seeking fanbase and sponsorships from around the world, instead of only being limited in Korea."

T1's all-Korean league team has sponsors like Nike, BMW, Logitech, Secret Lab, Red Bull, and Twitch. Your logic in that quote above doesn't make any sense since they are getting sponsorship deals with some of the biggest names for their league team, despite it being all Korean. They have proven that they don't need to expand into NA for sponsorship or monetary opportunities.

"many viewers follow individual players... I never said this"

mb I think I confused you with someone else, but my main point that T1 is still getting no viewers in, with or without other events going on, is still there.

"when they deal with it"

that's a big 'if'
so far it's been massive stomp after massive stomp and free spots to Brazil

posted about 3 years ago

not a single logical response I see. Ig my point stands that Korea has performed better than this Kru joke of a team

posted about 3 years ago

1 br and 1 latam seem plenty to me, considering their performances

posted about 3 years ago

if they're not a competitive region, then Brazil or Latam 100% aren't

someone can't handle the truth oof

posted about 3 years ago

Korea got 3rd at Reykjavik. And who hypes Korea delusional kru fanboy? Or did you misspell Brazil

posted about 3 years ago

lmao hypocrite alert, as if they weren't saying the same thing about Korea KEKW

posted about 3 years ago

ikr? couldn't agree more, especially when they can't even win a single map.

posted about 3 years ago

accept what? kekw

what a delusional 12 year old. When did I not accept APAC being good. They sure as hell would cream Latam that's for sure

Also I would love for Korea to have more LCQ opportunity, not Latam or Bronzil who gets so many slots and is yet to get out of groups.

posted about 3 years ago

no Latam is not competitive lmao. The region couldn't even win a single map this entire event, let alone get a win.

posted about 3 years ago

One team region? Yep BESIDES Korea's successes, they have no successes is basically what you're saying. A one team region he said kekw.

What's Latam then? 0 maps won in the entire event kekw. Latam no team region. Shame they even get an LCQ and more opportunity when they perform like they did this event.

posted about 3 years ago

my point still stands that there are competitive teams, unlike Latam's one team region who couldn't win a single map this event
