i see. it's a bit disappointing that ZETA couldn't make it to the playoffs despite his excellent performance yesterday, but it is what it is.

Maybe I misunderstood something in the group stage, but aren't the playoffs taken from the 4 teams with the best scores in the Alpha and Omega groups? (such as wins and losses in matches, maps, and rounds). If that's true, doesn't ZETA still have a chance?

For example, if ZETA beats BOOM Esports with a score of 2-0 and DFM beats T1 with a score of 2-0, wouldn’t ZETA have a better score than T1?

Currently, T1 has 2 wins and 2 losses with 4 map wins and 4 map losses. If they lose with a score of 0-2, their score would become 2-3 (4-6).

ZETA has 1 win and 3 losses with 3 map wins and 6 map losses. If they win with a score of 2-0, their record would become 2-3 (5-6).

Shouldn’t ZETA be above T1 and one of the four teams in Group Omega? If the playoffs are also related to performance in Stage 1, why did DFM qualify for the playoffs and BOOM Esports did not? (DFM did not win a single match in Stage 1, and BOOM won decisively with a score of 5-0. Even if compared, if DFM had defeated T1, their total score would only be 4-1.). And If we're talking about champion points, ZETA and DFM have 3 points each, and BOOM Esports has 5. So why can DFM enter the playoffs but ZETA can't?

Perhaps I misunderstand why T1 qualified and ZETA didn’t, so please forgive me if I’m wrong, and maybe you can also explain why ZETA couldn’t qualify and T1 could.

Thank you for reading.
