C9 falling off
One of the 1st seeds losing
EG lower bracket run
G2 wins stage 1
Aspas going +30 on a series
Boostio going -30 on a series
Sentinels doesnt qualify
G2 finally loses a regional game

what else yall got?

posted 3 months ago

yeap as an MIBR fan i was lowkey happy G2 finished 1st in our group because playing 100t then KRU is easier to qualify in my opinion then a single game against G2 (which is what would've probably happened if we finished 1st and got the buy)

If you actually watch FURIA games you know Havoc absolutely shits on everyone besides HanChe.

HS% is quite literally the only somewhat reliable stat to indicate good aim

posted 3 months ago

go to americas stats and select hs%, literally its a brasil dominance. TOP 3 is Brasil and 10 out of the top 20 are also brasil. Our players have ridiculous amounts of aim, we just play with our brains turned off unfortunately. PLEASE GET YOU SHIT TOGETHER BRASIL

KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK its the GOAT nao tem como

So g2 was just as good as trace at bangkok? lol stfu bro

posted 3 months ago

mano acontece, g2 tomou 8x0 da furia na lotus quase perdeu e dps quase perdeu pra lev tbm q tava horrivel, todo time bom tem um jogo ou outro q passa mais mal do que devia, atΓ© a LOUD 22 tomava mapa pra time br

posted 3 months ago

LEV and C9 should comfortably win. SEN x MIBR is the only tricky one, but i guess MIBR would be slightly favored because of their consistency

posted 3 months ago

I mean this would be absolutely crazy, just do a draw at this point for 1st seed

posted 3 months ago

Tuyz 2024 was the second best player on the team?

posted 3 months ago

honestly our roster is fine right now. We just need time to integrate and find ourselves and we should be good

posted 3 months ago

Nah bro trust me there's some deep level of shit going on in our teams. Take Heat for example: Extremely talented, was frying on KRU last year while not even totally understanding their comms. No one was denying how good he was. But then, he joins FURIA and is suddenly dogshit. Literally irrecognizable. How is that possible? As i already said, we just have no fucking idea of what to do with our talent so we just burn it non-sensily.

The reason Aspas-lead teams find success is the same reason Sacy found success on SEN: They know how to play the game. The LOUD 2022 core is literally to this day the only team in Brasil history to understand how to make their talent come to fruition. 2G kinda did it as well but Ascenscion is not top level play unfortunately.

posted 3 months ago

Brasil is a weird region. If you are talking about overall level of play then yeah we are fucked because we have the literal worst team in the world (FURIA), a bad-mid team (2G) and a mid-decent team (LOUD). We clearly cannot sustain 4 competitive teams in the top level. Hell, we couldnt even sustain 3 prior to this year. But thats the thing, our problem is not lack of talent. No. In fact, Brasil is one of the most talented regions in the world. Our problem is just that we cannot build this talent into a coherent thing. Its like we have plenty of gold but we just dont know how to refine it.

That being said, our talent pool is so huge that even thou we have these problems, we are still able to have at least one team finding success consistently every year (2022, 2023 and start of 2024 LOUD, 2024 2G and now 2025 MIBR)

So while Brasil is bad as a region considering every team + t2, if you just isolate our best team each year, we are actually one of the better regions in the world. Its a half-empty half-full cup situation.

Americas production is the basic done right. Decent observing, good pre and post match stuff, good replays, very few tech pauses and when they happen they are pretty fast, just not much to complain about but little to praise as well

posted 3 months ago

you are literally proving his point?

posted 3 months ago

How is no one even mentioning Fr0d? He was assistant coach for 2022 LOUD and head coach for 2023. Guy is an FPS legend, clearly knows a lot about the game and his pauses are crazy effective. Like just this weekend MIBR was losing 0-4 to NRG, he pauses once and they win fucking 13-6 like πŸ’€

posted 3 months ago

ok thank you

posted 3 months ago

"2 way tie = h2h" except C9 is ahead of MIBR?

posted 3 months ago

how do they even work, like take Americas for example, why is the top 3 on group Alpha in that order? shouldnt KRU be above SEN? And why is C9 over MIBR on Omega omg my head hurts

posted 3 months ago

buy the bundle

posted 3 months ago

Im not saying they are impossible to dislike, just that its harder to dislike them compared to other teams, and since your opinion has no more weight than anyone else's, im still right, because the majority still likes them.

posted 3 months ago

MIBR has to be the most likable team in the world right now. They were always really bad but now are really good, they have the GOAT Aspas, 3 incredibly talented rookies. Not only that but one of their rookies got fucked by his ex team and now was embraced by this roster that even changed their comms language to make it possible and pretty much cleaned his image and saved his career. Just GOATS man

posted 3 months ago

Luk xo is in Tuyz is out, but its rumored that Vinny will leave and Tuyz will come back, dont think this will happen vs SEN thou...

posted 3 months ago

SEN was a #4 seed and eliminated the tournament favorites....

posted 3 months ago

Champs simply has more aura and Riot wants it to be held in higher regard so its bound to happen

posted 3 months ago

you cannot tell me NRG vs MIBR isnt hype. It will probably be a stomp but even if it is a stomp its hype because its Verno on his revenge arc like cmom you gotta find that entertaining as fuck especially if someone decides to trash-talk

posted 3 months ago

"of all time" technically includes the future

posted 3 months ago

It may look like that today but i promise you that +3 years from now this will absolutely not be the case. Winning a masters is bound to lose importance overtime as theres two of them an year. Once the number of Masters winners becomes like 5 times higher than the number of Champs winners, their importance will become minimal. Actually, i think Riot at some point will have to change VCT completely to get rid of Masters (at least the way they are right now) because no one will even care that much anymore

posted 3 months ago

He's definitely in the conversation bro stop pretending like he isnt, you would agree if you let go of your stats hyperfixation for a second and, i dont know, watch the games?

posted 3 months ago

to be honest i dont really watch pacific that much so im bound to make some mistakes regarding APAC teams. That being said i stand by the BOOM ranking. Cmom man they are an ascension team and not even the ones to win the tournament at that, theres no way they are less surprising than GENG who have 3 players who won less than an year ago

posted 3 months ago

S0m and Mada are pretty insane + Ethan and FNS have won internationals before. As much as im an NRG hater if they get their shit together you have to admit they have at least a shot

posted 3 months ago

yeah i was harsh on 100thieves

posted 3 months ago

individually Nrg Lev and Loud all have players that have won internationals before and PRX came really close multiple times, so its just natural to believe they can do it again. BBL is maybe a bit too low, but oh well it can never be perfect can it

posted 3 months ago

Based on how likely they are to win an international this year. Things im taking in consideration the most here are the individual potential + room for improvement and likelyness of improvement + current form and likelyness of maintaing current form.
