I wanted to make these cards for a while which are like FIFA/Pokemon TCG-style cards for the VCT teams. I've made one team for each league so far and some special cards for Toronto and a few other special cards like Team of the Week, Throwback, and Icons cards. The three stats are First Duel (general firepower), Mid-Round (gamesense and util usage), and Anchoring (ability to hold down/control areas on Attack or Defense).

I wanted to see what roster people would put together for a hypothetical off-season World Cup roster for Korea since they have the most eligible players currently in the VCT Leagues. Just for Korea I only included players currently in the VCT but you can include Challngers/Retired/Streamers too if you want. I want to look at doing one of these for more countries and make a bracket in the future.
The rules are: Pick 5 Starters + 1 Sub, MAX 2 Players per VCT team, must have an IGL, and roles must make sense.

I totally agree that for a team like 100T with the fanbase and clout that they have to be okay with always coming up short is not the right mindset. I agree that Asuna and Cryo are great characters and teammates but at this point the 100T roster has been Ship of Theseus'd around Asuna for so long and he's the only plank of the ship left to replace. Every roster regardless of players and coaches has always found a way to come up short and often choke in brutal ways after giving their fans hope. I personally think this last offseason was their best chance to make the change since Cryo looks best consistently on controllers specifically, and Asuna just lacks the elite consistency that a lead duelist at the top requires as well as not being able to play Jett since they seem to prefer Jett/Raze in their comps/map pool. Zander also hasn't had that pop-off yet in their games so far either, and Boostio has been repeatedly out-called and has fallen off hard mechanically too unfortunately. Mada and Verno literally showed them today what they could've had. In my opinion, Eeiu and Cryo(on controller only) are the only locks and everyone else including the coach have a big question mark next to their names.
