He's 16 now, so he was a preteen when he said all that and it was before he joined nv

edit: the racist stuff. The other stuff within his relationship was when he was 14-16(?).

I'm beyond cooked, but here's my attempt:

duelist: udotan
senti: udotan
smoke: udotan
flash initiator/flex: unstable
scan: udotan

imo cryo's yoru definitely could use some work, and he's only played two games on yoru and the one he did well on is against a lower end team. His iso, on the other hand, looks more polished (and is WAY easier to learn). Asuna's yoru is also pretty decent, so here's what I would personally run:

[Perma ban fracture]
cryo - iso (haven, split), chamber (lotus OR run iso on lotus), Jett (ascent, pearl (or run chamber pearl), icebox)
Asuna - yoru (haven, pearl), raze (lotus, split), kayo (ascent, icebox)
Boostio - kj (haven, icebox), vyse (lotus, ascent, pearl), viper (split)
Zander - omen (haven, lotus, split, ascent), astra (pearl), viper (icebox)
Eeiu - sova (haven, ascent, icebox), fade (lotus, split, pearl)

Basically, the idea is to keep boostio on his comfort pick of senti, cryo on mainly iso chamber and Jett as those seem to be his best agents (since yoru has proved to be inconsistent), asuna on either raze or flash agents (no gekko since gekko proves to be a bit of a challenge). Zander and eeiu have good picks as it is, so no major changes to comps there. Fracture is perma ban because, ideally, you want to run double initiator and raze/neon, but Asuna can only be one of those at a time.

#2 in rating, #4 in acs, #1 in KD, #1 in KAST, #2 in adr, #5 in KPR in stage 1. Bro is literally top 5 player in china only to be on arguably bottom three team in China ._.

posted 3 months ago

governor had a good debut series tbh

posted 3 months ago

2v2s. v1nny and fns on team, raafa and art on the other. Truly cinema.

posted 3 months ago

Spitfires is inconsistent, but he has a high ceiling. Legit, if they put this guy back in, they will get at least one win

posted 3 months ago

oh wait, I thought you said why do people attack governor and not patrickwho. My fault, you're absolutely right

posted 3 months ago

governor has been in this form for like a year. Patrickwho has played exactly 3 games

posted 3 months ago

I just realized AG still has spitfires but he's benched... literally get this hanche guy out and bring spitfires back in ._.

posted 3 months ago

He's not terrible (some bias im ngl), but udotan is probably the better duelist

posted 3 months ago

S0m has gotta be up there no? Ignoring the cove incident, he has been consistently top 3 controller in stats in NA

posted 3 months ago

ideally convince som to stay imo. He's the second highest rated smokes player in all of Americas, second only to vic. He was the highest rated player for two weeks, only falling in the third week (still was the highest rated smokes player) and then falling off a bit more in week 4. wedid senti is pretty good too, so it would work out if we leave out moose

posted 3 months ago

:o I knew this would happen

posted 3 months ago

slowly has a very good yoru but I'm lowkey convinced that tyloo is trying to sabotage slowly's career

posted 3 months ago

T1 won masters Bangkok using double duelist nearly every map lol

posted 3 months ago

he went double negative for his first two series and only went slightly positive in his last series on 2g. He did cook in t2 tho so he has a high ceiling, but I wouldn't bet on it, especially for a mid season signing

posted 4 months ago

I mean, I would assume that it is more than once if they kicked him with no hesitation this time around. Also, wouldn't this just be replacing an igl with bad mental/bad mechanics with an igl with possibly bad mental/eh mechanics? Surely there are better options out there.

posted 4 months ago

In China, I think it's gotta be like rb or slowly. They're so good but stuck in lower end teams, so they never get talked about outside of VCT China conversations. I genuinely thought slowly was going to be the next Chinese goat with how hard he was carrying

posted 4 months ago

zap got booted from 2g for having bad mental. I think it'd be a coin flip so I can see why BeraJr is a bit iffy on it.

posted 4 months ago

yeah, it might be time for desperate measures. I know the plan was to replace tuyz with lukxo, but it might be better to replace v1nny with lukxo and move tuyz to initiator (his gekko wasn't too bad) and put someone else on igl.

posted 4 months ago

Idk, he has a good astra. His range smokes are actually really good discounting omen. Surely it isn’t that hard to put him on full time smokes without omen right?

posted 4 months ago

emea has an igl shortage so most of the imports are igls except koalanoob and less

posted 4 months ago

But asuna can play yoru. Wouldn’t the better comp be asuna yoru and cryo jett?

posted 4 months ago

I think that was one of the reasons he left SG

posted 4 months ago

he was 16 or 17 I don't remember. She was also around the same age iirc.

posted 4 months ago

zeta after signing new up-and-coming prospects just to off role them and ruin their career be like

posted 4 months ago

I hate that Jessievash frags out. Every time he gets spectated I swear his aim is the most mediocre thing of all time. And then the game ends and he’s top or second frag on his team. How is this even possible? How can someone be good and bad at the same time? I don’t understand :(((

posted 4 months ago

allegedly replacing mindfreak, which I think is stupid imo

posted 5 months ago

DFM unironically looks decent though.

posted 5 months ago

Regions, ign, gameplay function, last one I can't give a hint since it would give it away

posted 5 months ago

they're very methodical and disciplined as far as teams go. Valyn is a fragging igl that mid rounds well, leaf is a goated sentinel, and jawg is a top duelist in NA. Only thing is that they're boring to watch imo

posted 5 months ago

PRX did once where something was like “let me play reyna instead of gekko trust” after PRX switched to the gekko bind comp.

posted 5 months ago

I remember (I think it was Bren) talking about LOL in this same light. Everyone says their game is dead, but the stats shows that it really isn't. I think it's just the gaming community's generally pessimism lol.

posted 5 months ago

He takes pretty much no first engagements on raze xD

His attack fk/fd is honestly abysmal compared to every other raze player in the world. In Americas, natank has the second highest fk per round while D1 has the lowest fk per round. I think the easiest solution is to either run double duelist or just have natank on raze while d1 plays agents that he's comfortable on (like chamber, astra, brim, or possibly clove)

Honestly, talon, because they didn't pick up Thai or SEA t2 talent and instead recycled BAN. BAN out of all players. Governor is fine because he has a high ceiling. BUT BAN?? Don't get me wrong, ban is decent, but there is so much hungry talent in SEA that are just as good as him.

posted 5 months ago

I lowkey see this happening, but I refuse to believe that Talon will win anything (I'm still disappointed that they imported two middle-of-the-pack Korean (one of which is AN IMPORT) players instead of choosing literally ANY of the abundant talent in SEA. At least Governor has a high ceiling, but ban? As such, I am praying they realize their mistake and sign someone better (I'm on my knees)

this is actually really good. keep up the good work :)

Sen or Loud still have, at minimum, two more games to meet NRG (if NRG beat KRU and LEV). Also, if NRG face either mibr, loud, or eg, they'll have just as much footage as the other teams with have of them. If NRG really need it and end up facing SEN, they do have footage for SEN from the off season, which won't reveal much macro wise but reveal a lot micro wise (like, is x player likely to flank or regroup? Are they typically disciplined? If they are last alive, do they normally save or go for it or go for exits?). So, I still think that it's probably going to be around a 70/30 against EG, mibr, or loud, and I'm tempted to say a 60/40 against sen (because I think the no sentinel plan from SEN is horrible)

posted 6 months ago

NRG has to beat KRU (imo, 80 20 in favor of NRG), then beat either g2 or lev (if G2, it's like 5 95, if lev 60 40), and then beat mibr, loud, sen or eg (which they should be expected to win, unless they go against sen which is more of a coin flip) So it's doable if they don't have to play G2.

Meanwhile, PRX is lowkey coinflips all the way. Every team they'll face is either just as good as them or slightly better than them (minus DFM, but DFM are cooking rn so I wouldn't call them out of the contention yet)

posted 6 months ago

skill issue tbh

posted 6 months ago

The teams that TL have beaten are KOI (which are running on the hopes and dreams of Filu) and apeks (batu legit just landed). When a decent team beat them, they hardly put up a fight.

Now, if you really wanted to bait, you throw out a team like BBL. It's believable enough since they did beat FNC and were lowkey winning against TH for a hot minute. However, no one in their right mind would genuinely expect BBL to make a deep run in champs, thus making it the perfect bait.

posted 6 months ago

I think if miniboo works on his jett, TH will become unstoppable. Right now, his raze is on the upper end of EMEA's duelists, but his jett could definitely use some work. If TH either fixes his jett or avoids jett like the plague, miniboo will probably shine

posted 6 months ago

Honestly, I'm loving the competition this year. Personally, I do think that PRX have the opportunity to be a top 3 team this year, but we don't have enough info yet.

posted 6 months ago

I think APAC isn't fully locked yet. There are A LOT of games that can go either way right now.

posted 6 months ago

also, I feel like voice comms probably cut out when the igl is actually igling because it could reveal strats

posted 6 months ago

happy lny yall! hope this new year brings good fortune :)

posted 6 months ago

I think if you recognize that you need to ai flowery shit, you might as well not have it ykwim. Like, I think m4 just didn’t realize that he should’ve just not had the first like 4 pages describing what icebox is to people who don’t care about that info.

posted 6 months ago

windowed results in less fps and more input lag iirc. I used to be a windowed player in other games, but I went full screen later on because it was better objectively (although the alt tabbing is a bit annoying)
