• good communication
• Solid macro & micro understanding of Valorant
• willing to give and take criticism
• competitive experience
• available for Sunday and Monday tournaments 3pm est
• practice Tuesday - Thursday 6pm est

• high imm (radiant is a +)
• competitive experience
