The resolution is simply more time together so they get more comfortable with the team dynamic and verno is more comfortable after adapting to the pressure and grandeur of his first t1 team.

Generally speaking, most rosters have 3 vocal players and two quieter ones. Since mada som and Ethan are vocal and fns is the caller, Verno likely kinda felt out of place.

This is pure speculation, but Verno probably had very strong ideas and wanted to make a lot of calls when he joined, but his ideas maybe conflicted with fns’s ideaology. Combined with the fact that som Ethan and fns are already kinda vocal, they probably shut him down and he just decided to comm very little as a result and focus on shooting, since that’s kinda the role they forced him into.
