I still think these orgs should sign new talents and try to build them. Yeah they're inconsistent/inexperienced but honestly valorant has so many rank demons that are young and coming up.

Team Social Media (TSM) is an amazing team. They are most known for their signature tactic "skipping Mickey Mouse tournaments, then failing to qualify for VCT Challengers". They also have a second little known tactic of DQing the other team by tweeting mid match. What absolute legends. Top 3 NA team for sure.

Every series been so close imo, its a really fun tourny to watch where the unexpected happens.

SEA rise to as a region in first year of valorant reminds me of second year of League where TPA became world champion.

posted about 2 years ago

This lol ppl already ranking teams when its a 1 year old esports. There's a lot of variance in the beginning because no one is good enough to dominate the game yet like Astralis in Csgo or Korean/chinese teams in League.

posted about 2 years ago

? You basically agreed with all my arguments so far lol that cs is dead outside of international tournaments, like streamers stream what is more popular and more appealing. LoL i used as one example. Why doesn't streamer just idk stream cs ? oh yeah cause its a boring game to watch and play with no casual appeal. Cs is literally just european jacking each other off and they call it an international esports where there's no real competition. Kid from clown town is a nice name for you lol

posted about 2 years ago

Its been shown that average twitch viewership correlates to player base, it makes sense because streamers wants to play what's popular. lol you are brain dead if you can't see that LoL has huge appeal worldwide from all regions which is why it dominates twitch viewership for so long. Valorant been new for a year lol and still holding out that average viewership. The trend you're talking about is stuff like amongus and fall guys where it boom in popularity and no one plays after.

posted about 2 years ago

lol what? Its still dead in viewership outside of majors. That's my whole point even when its back on lan . Its literally 12.1 k on twitch right now as compared to all the other fps. Its just not a game that ppl like to play casually for many reasons, it doesn't appeal to new players/casual players as the other fps, filled with cheaters that you have to pay for third party to even have some form of competitive integrity.

posted about 2 years ago

Its always been csgo fan boys bringing this topic up. They're very insecure and fragile because playing csgo to them is their whole personality. If cs is not the best then they literally cannot handle it. That's why CS has the most insecure fanbase of any FPS lol while sitting low in average twitch viewerships than fortnite, apex, and valorant all year cept their majors.

posted about 2 years ago

What ? Valorant constantly have higher average of viewership . Are you serious lol , the game with better capture of the general casual audience is definitely valorant. What are some of these brain dead takes lol .

posted about 2 years ago

lmao floppy was shit at valorant actually . NA scene about to implode if liquid doesn't perform, BR would never be able to compete with EU teams. Enjoy watching top 10 EU teams play same people and same games on the same map and watch CIS dominate the scene. What fun international esports competition.

posted about 2 years ago

its not even 2 years lmao its been only 1 year.

posted about 2 years ago

you can tell he's salty as fuck. Like these csgo fan boys enjoy watching and thinking about valorant way more than they want to admit everytime there's a valorant tourny. The fact is Cs will never capture the casual fanbase for a lot of reasons and will stagnant off while the potential for valorant growth is way better. It eventually will be like LoL to Dota.

posted about 2 years ago

CS is actually just an EU only esports very soon. Its pretty much dead of any international competition. Like you have to have some high copium if you think that any team outside of EU would win.

posted about 2 years ago

dude these csgo fanboys are insecure and obsessed about viewership lol. Saying things like 700k viewers for a group stage = dying esports lmao.

posted about 2 years ago

Its not the reason why its cause valorant is a new esports and dynamic. Its like league of legends in the first 1-3 years you had new teams and regions winning because people still learning and figuring the game out. In season 2 TPA from SEA won world champions, and you had crazy upsets. That is till Korea and Chinese teams start having the structure to start dominating the game for the most part. Also valorant will always be new and fresh compared to CS because of new agents and maps. The meta will always changed so staying on top as the best team on valorant is very much harder than in CS. Even in an easier game mechanically like league when compared to Dota, there are huge skill differences but it takes a lot of time once regions/teams figured out how to be consistent in a meta/dynamic based game where it changes every year.

same A lot of their fans are pretty wholesome to even the pros i hear. They always watch and support and even said thank you for hard work to their pros despite losing badly.
