Pacific by far has the biggest skill cap in teams between the top 3 and rest since the beginning of franchising and not many people talk about it because of the success of the other teams but will we see improvement from the rest of the teams going forward

3-4 days I recommend a push pull legs split or if you consistently go 4 days a week you can do chest,arms,back shoulder (together) and leg split

Honestly for me I just do whatever I feel like doing on the day but if you establish a routine first you are more likely to stay consistent

At the start of the season many people were saying Liquid would be top 4 or at least a middle of the pack but they were a bottom 3 team

I had mixed opinions on qraxs because when he is in form he is so good

But imo sociablee is better even Alfa picked Sociablee over Mrfalin when he was asked to build the perfect turkish team

Mrfalin is not a decent igl his calls are mid, can't manage the team under stress and doesn’t have insane firepower either I would rather want to see someone like rose or sociablee as the igl cause they have potential

He has been farming in t2 tbf so maybe one day but im not keeping my hopes high he is extremely loyal to SUP
