I think this is the biggest part of it. Also, women that join men's teams are sometimes made to feel uncomfortable by their teammates (whether it be them judging them harder bc of gender, behaving weird, or outright sexist comments). Having game changers inspires women to play and gives women looking to enter a pro scene a more comfortable environment to learn the pro style (as compared to soloQ).
