If you look at the Team Comps there is a very good reason why Ardiss had 3 more first deaths and its because they were running a No Duelist Comp. You just made it even more impressive for Ardiss to almost not die as much as Cryo tbh.

How exactly did Cryo play better than him than, assuming you watched and remember each round they played. You are the guy here that is saying "Acting like stats don't mean anything is so funny", yet we pull up stats and you backtrack.
Remember watching him in 2022 when he was just a Rookie, its beautiful seeing his glowup!
You got carried away, this is the real list
Can we just assume that Leaf will be playing almost perma Chamber like Babybay? Because if Leaf plays Chamber like he did during Kickoff (Top 3 Chamber Performance OAT), Furia is getting sent to the Pound.
It will just be unfair.
There is no denying that Leo had the best performance of all time, but there is also no denying he is not the best in the world right now lmao, That is Reins.
I am a Leo glazer but I am so glad you at least backed up your opinion.
He does get hyped up more now than he was back then. He was as good as people make him to be during 2024, even 2023 but there is no telling how he will stack up now. I would argue he would be just fine unless the hype gets to his head, after all Chron and Alfa are still shitting on everyone to this day.
I am not saying he is Bad, but dude give me 10 Clips out of the 5 Years of Pro Valorant he has been in that are Top 10 Worthy of Mechanics.
There is nothing wrong with saying a player is still great but not perfect.
In my personal opinion it is Sacy.
The only reason is because he is way below anyone else on the Top 10 in Mechanics. That is it.
In Terms of everything else he is world-class in but he does get overrated a lot "IN MY OPINION"
If they had somehow gotten John in 2023 instead of Dephh...
This might get people fired up, but I will stand for it.
If pANcada had put himself in as good positions as Aspas (as in getting on world class teams), he would be above him in the Goat Debate.
There is a reason they were called pANcada and Friends before Loud, and why he was the MVP of Champions 2022. pANcada is the better player.
Ill do you one better
+Spike : 2G do not win Ascension again, he is the pride and joy of Brazil at the moment and he will have any Tier 1 Spot for a Brazil Team open for him.
+Sato : I assume his contract ends this year and he doesn't resign to go and play with Luk Xo again, Sato stocks are high.
Roster:
Sato (Duelist)
pANcada (Controller)
luk xo (Sentinel)
Spike (Double Duelist Initiator Flex)
RobbieBK (Initator IGL)
If LOUD want to spend the big bucks while everyone cuts back on Contracts before the Gambling Sponsors kick in, then they could give Saadhak an outrageous offer to come back. That is a whole other discussion.
And Saadhak, Aspas, TuyZ, Sacy, Fr0d and the Champs Coach. So what?
Is the game going in favor towards yay?
Not only has Chamber been given back the infinite range flank trip, but Abyss is coming back in Rotation and he is a top tier Sentinel on that map even without the trip buff.
I like the Idea, but having them get the 5th spot in Champs over a Team in Tier 1 that likely is better than them is horrendous. Having them play to qualify for each individual Stage that they can play in against the Tier 1 Squads to earn their spot in an International makes the most sense. If Tier 2 has almost the same road, maybe easier road to an International than what is the point of being in Tier 1.
Agreed. If they had the time to make the BO1's BO3's it would have been a very good event.
That is something I have thought of as well. Having Two events very similar to your big event earlier on in the year makes it seem less "Important" or Special and I believe making it one massive event could do wonders. If they were to do this I believe they should still host the Regional Stages earlier on in the year that would still have Champs points involved and maybe more of a Prize Pool.
My Personal belief on what I would like to see implemented in the VCT is some sort of Online Qualifier for Tier 2 Teams to get a chance in competing in Stage 1 and Stage 2 of their designated region.
The Reason being is because I remember back in Pre-Franchising there would be many unknowns that could just make a Cinderella run out of nowhere and make it to the Playoffs and in one case an International hence The Guard now G2. I believe seeing fresh faces in the league each Stage would be welcomed and could give the players good experience and more of a motive to win Ascension later on in the year to become a main stay.
To implement this Idea there are many nuances and things that would have to be changed and frankly that would take a while to explain but It is very possible, one of the things that would have to change is the Age Limit being lowered to 16 instead of 18. Other Competitive Esports do it and while difficult it may prove to be worthwhile.
That's my Penny.
I believe we can all agree that the current system Riot has going for Franchising and or Tier 2 is not perfect and will eventually branch out and be adjusted. Which makes me wonder what type of Ideas the community has in terms of-
We can use this as a benchmark just in case someone with power at Riot could even care to see what the community wants and has to offer.
I don’t think it’s Ego, he chose to be the IGL for the Team so nobody else would have to, it was quite selfless.
I never heard of them offering Trexx a return, Crazy 😭
His time on Team Liquid was not his fault, they could have treated him much better (The Org not his Teammates). When he went to Vitality in 2024 they only made it to Champs because of him.
Every team he touches does not turn to shit because of him. If he doesn’t want to play duelist than allow him to flex just not as an IGL, your just proving the mismanagement.
What are they Doing.
Dropping Sayf was a bad idea, and I’m not talking about keeping him as the IGL. Vitality would have done wonders with committing to the Double Duelist Meta we are in right now with Derke on Yoru and Sayf running whatever.
Whoever is making the decisions ruined the Org.
Technically, sure he is. In Traditional Sports like the NBA the MVP award is not gatekept to the Winning Team so why should it be for Valorant, Alfajer played the best and he should be rewarded. Its not a Team Trophy its an Individual Trophy.
Alfajer was defenitely not a loser lmao
There should be Two MVP's.
Winners MVP and Tournament MVP.
Not my choice whether who or if both get a Bracelet, but Alfajer not being awarded something for Toronto is robbery, one of the best performances of all time genuinely.
They are literally running 2022 Compositions. All though If you are going to be mad at an Agent pick it should be Skye, not Breach. Breach is still viable on this Map, might be his best.
Listen, the Team is not good. We ALL get that.
But lets not be too harsh on them when they have been given the hardest path out of any other Team in Americas. Basic, who would probably have been their Star player is not able to play. Their Coach is not able to be their as well because of the same Visa Issues.
They were going to loose anyways but I am giving them 2% Lenience. They were given the Boot. Its like blinding a deaf man.
Nobody told me he is playing in the T1 Homeground
Changing Zellsis and John back to their 2024 Roles is a very welcome change for me.
Knowing that we can practically just call Furia a "Practice" or "Warmup Drill" for them back on these rolls, I am excited to see if they stick with it and how they do going up against C9 who are typically the best team of all team during Americas Group Stages.
I’m assuming that it is whoever places the best stays and if they were to both make Champs it’s who places best there.
I’ve got Personal problems with GiantX..
At the beginning of the season they were my favorite squad, I had them being the 3rd Best in EMEA, which they were way worse than that.
At the start of Stage 1 they were still my personal favorite and I gave them even more slack, predicting that they would make Toronto, they bombed worse.
Once they had dropped Purp0 I had lost faith in the Team, now they are better than they had been all season.
We’ve got problems
If Asuna were to get dropped right now, who would be the best fit realistically? Must be 18 Already.
My thought goes to Infiltrator on Winthrop, but I do not have that much Tier 2 Ball knowledge.
I get that I and I hate how that is where the game has gone. No hate to the player I am fixing to Mention but Brawk can barely Aim half the time and he is seen as a Tier 1 Player.
Some Organizations are just Okay with being Playoff Bound and that's it. There is a massive difference between International Winning Teams and Teams that barely scrape Regional playoffs in terms of Mechanics.
The only reason I bring up Tier 1 players is to show that he does not lack the Mechanics. People talk him down like he is FNS Level in Aim. If he were to actively get improvement on how he is in a Professional Environment I believe this guy would be a Star.
My Thoughts and that is why he needs to keep playing, so he can get better and eventually get to the point where the big leagues want him. That is why you play in Tier2
Than why is he always shitting on Tier 1 Players in a place where Mechanics is all that they need to use?
Question: If you are not a fan of Aleksandar, Why?
Every time I bring him up or see something about him I see so many people saying that he is not good and if he were in Tier 1 he would be one of the worst players.
This guy has some of the best Mechanics in NA Ranked he is consistently dogging on Tier 1 Pros, and I say Mechanics because that is all that matters in Ranked when we are looking someone with aspiring Talent. With a Good Coach that would give him the ropes, I see this guy as a Top Tier Player in the Future.
Yet nobody seems to be able to see it, that is why I am asking why.
Think of how nats has progressed since 2021. A bit different but I could see Meteor going down a similar road.
When thinking of Meteor's future in Valorant, does anybody think that he may one day take a shot at being an IGL?
Of course he has expressed his problems with being more vocal on T1 ever since joining, but seeing how much he has progressed mentally since 2023 I would not put it past him growing more than he has already and trying out being an IGL in the distant Future.
True. For some reason he just cannot be as consistent as he was during 2024 because if we got THAT N4RRATE, we would not be conversating on who's better mechanically. Its unfortunate, maybe a leadership thing.
