Imagine a system where before Stage 1 and Stage 2 of the VCT each region has a VCL Qualifier for a slot in each Stage Individually where the winning team can fight for the possibility of making 2nd Masters or Champions. They wont be franchised unless they win Ascension later in the year but I think its a neat Idea.

They would have to decrease the Age Limit of VCT which could lead to complications but I believe it to be worth while, the most Talented players mechanically are younger than 18.

It could also challenge Tier 1 Organizations since half are irrelevant internationally and good T2 teams could be seen as a threat to their Franchised Slot.

I believe it would lead to a healthier ecosystem for competitive Valorant. Better Stories, better opportunities.

The Player that I really worry about on the roster is LZ.

Once Zap left it seems like his performance has gone down the Drain. During Ascension he was a great controller player, now he seems to perma bot frag. I have no clue who is the IGL for the team right now, if it is LZ than that explains a lot but If not I am majorly worried.

I believe they will be a Shit now, Great later kind of team.

They have a few Aim prodigies either on the Bench or on their Academy Roster. Once Spike makes his way in during Stage 2 I believe they will see a sizable improvement, I would go as far to say they have a chance at contending for playoffs.

I've seen a lot of Vods on this 2G Basic guy, he looks like a cracked Initiator and even though VLR has no record of him once they put him on the Roster they should be in a good spot.

I believe Next Year will be much better for the Organization, possibly qualifying for Champs.

Those are not Flukes either. Its not based on todays standards, its about the standards of the time it is in. Lock In and Reykjavik 2021 are both the start of their ages with completely new teams. Ardiis more suited for the Flex role in todays Meta since his pool is mostly limited. You can put Shao on Ange1 on either the Controller or Initiator Role, Sayf on Duelist and Ardiis on the Flex. Works the best, more flexibility and more Shooters.

That brings another point, Ardiis has an underwhelming Raze and Neon, both way better than Jett. Unless they want to Hiro on Raze I think its best they get a more Flexible Duelist.

Do you really think that Chet would have done that type of practice with Demon1? Hell no the team was destroyed and disliked one another. He had no way to improve since he was forced intro the role immediately.

Itopata is great at telling his team what to do during timeouts, that is what the previous coach was terrible at and the team did not need him to help improve the players around him because that is something Aspas was doing excels at. Now they do not have Aspas and Itopata has to do that himself and look at the results.

Demon1 did not have the system needed to learn other Agents, Rossy could not learn how to be a great leader, K1ng couldn't learn to slot into the Duelist role and Tex fell of as much as it hurts to admit.

If Lev wanted to succeed they should have looked for an Assistant Coach that would be there to help improve and keep them performing well. Yet they didn't.

At the End of the day its a series of shitty circumstances and trying to make Demon1 fill Aspas's role which he never will, he isn't Aspas. To go back to my original statement which is very much true. With an actual Leader, whether that is a player or a coach just someone who can help Demon1 learn these roles and get him to Improve he can be one of the best controllers in the Americas just as he was during Champs when he filled.

Lets face it Aspas has his role figured out while Demon1 doesn't. Aspas did not need help, he helped those around him. Slotting Demon1 on a team where his teammates need just as much help as him with a Coach who is not build for that isn't a great Idea.

It is not. The only thing I will give to Chet is the fact that he would do individual practice with Yay, he has not done anything like that since. The Only person to do good under Itopata is Tex and look how he is performing now, I would say he thrived under Aspas.

How do you expect Demon1 to thrive under Chet if Chet is out to get his reputation and Itopata who is unable to keep his players performing to how they did when Aspas was on the Team.

I believe Sylvan was the key to them winning Bangkok because although Carpe would frag a lot more than Sylvan the team didn't mesh well without him.
