At first he said I was trolling (Again, I match mvped and mind you I was on good terms with the rest of the lobby besides The toxic guy and his duo(Ig both of them reported me). Later it escalated into him giving me death threats etc.

And when I sent a ticket.
First of all, they said that they can’t remove the ban and it was validly placed because of ‘negative attitude’. I just want to ask whether the ban was validly placed.
