Top 3 duelist in Americas, One of the best sentinels itw, One of the only actual fragging igl’s and an amazing controller player in general, and a pretty underrated Initiator. Significantly better line up than nrg.
Kinda hard to say based on this little information. Depending on the elo initiator is pretty easy just follow the duelist.
If people on this site were genuinely saying that a team that picked up Mada, and has Ethan and FNS on it is a super team in 2025… then that’s a fault of the people not the team, clearly we’re delusional. G2 100T and SEN are all closer to being “superteams” than NRG.
However players are incredibly inconsistent. And still make many mistakes that are questionable even for that level of play. Not enough fire power or team coordination to compete evenly with the other 5. Maybe wolves.
We been knew all of this. Except 1 Leo is the best player Fnatic has had.

This is just not a intelligent statement… boom picked pearl because they believed out of every map available they had the best chance of winning this… and it’s a back and fourth game… T1 lost to fut 3-13 on pearl… and 8-13 to c9. They’re simply not good at this map. A team getting a map on another team in the same league isn’t a upset ever.
I suppose it’s a matter of expectations. I expected 2g to be awful against NA teams so it wasn’t too impactful on my opinion.
100T is the only americas team that’s played so far that I believe will be international contenders to begin with.
Low tier Americas still looks significantly better than low tier emea imo.

Saadhak unfortunately doesn't fit that standard. If I cared about results, nobody would be > 95% of igl's I mean after all he won champs right? Not like Boo and Johnqt were literally outcalling him EVERY SINGLE ROUND or anything. But he has an absolutely stellar team to make up for his genuinely mediocre igling. Asuna, Icy (though idk if it’s inconsistency or him just having life games and he actually just isn’t good.), Xeppa, Jawgemo (At least based on 2024), Jing, patitek (same as icy he might actually just not be good).
Tbf it’s more than justified. Anyone who watches the game knows asuna has great peaks but has some of the worse consistency in vct. If he could play at this level consistently he’d be a top 3 duelist in NA.
Doubt they’ll fall off. 100T didn’t even really “fall off” last year imo. Didn’t do as good sure but they definitely didn’t fall off. One of the best igls itw, one of the best Jett players itw, a great controller, a great initiator, if asuna can keep up this level of play with consistency 100T is easily a top tier team.
If a singular pistol round is the difference maker and makes them look like my asc 2 teammates then they were never a team that would make it far anyways. The better team one and mibr gaslit people into thinking they were somehow now a top 4-5 team.

M8 didn’t consistently do that Dfm did. Having a close game with boom doesn’t defeat that fact they STOMPED the two best team in emea in scrims when they were in CHAMPS FORM. Edg lost to wolve and drg prior to going to and winning champs lmao. So yes both dfm and nongshim have both proven they can compete internationally.
Ofc you would know? Your entire basis of comparison is result based lmao. Valyn is significantly better mechanically and individually. And utilizes his team in a system far better than saadhak ever has just lacks the literal best players in each role that saadhak had.
I couldn't possibly care less about what saadhak did in the 90s with one of the best if not the best duelist to touch the game, one of the best sentinels to touch the game and one of the best controllers in the game. AND one of the best initiators in their prime. Notice what happened when he didn't have those players.
Yeah I can say boom will do well internationally too except theirs no justification for that. Nongshim have been said to be destroying top teams in scrims and dfm has actually SHOWN in the off season they can compete with champs teams like trace and prx. All kc has shown is that can beat koi and navi... teams who also have no justification of being able to compete internationally.

Prx T1 Geng Drx Dfm and Nongshim should all be competitive internationally. Emea has 3 at best. APAC is significantly more competitive.
