JonahP school walkout tomorrow 11/14/25 at 12:00 pm
woops my bad! youre correct idk why i thought that had to get 10 my dumbass saw the +5 and -5 and thought they had to get 10, but they only need to win by +6 lolz
they have to win by 11 or more in order to top the table right or else frankfurt advances.
So basically frankfurt just has to win 4 rounds. I say 4 because i dont know the tie breaker for if the round differential is tied in bo1's
LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOO CHOKE 9 WITH A FRAUD IGLL LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Title, but I saw a rumor saying they are the final invitation slot for the event? If so, could you provide a source?
Can anyone update me on any rumors going around the VCT rn as it pertains to NRG? I know there was that one source that said NRG could be interested in Zekken as a flex/smokes player. Anything else outside of that one report??
I understand Zekken is an elite duelist, but this core just won the org their first ever trophy. Why not keep the core together? Outside of s0m's possible retirement from pro play, I don't understand the need for Zekken.
Got into vct in mid 2022 (before fpx win) and decided to randomly pick a team from NA and saw that Faze were playing against NRG so I decided why not say "fuck faze" and root for NRG. Been supporting since day 1 and am so happy right now with this Champs win :)
REST WELL KING, CAUSE COME FRIDAY WE ARE LOCKING IN TOP 2
who do you think would be a good replacement for s0m if he decides to retire ?
This is a big if , but if s0m decides to call it quits, after raising the Champions Trophy obviously, I think NRG should look into signing Cryo.
He could play as a second duelist to Mada and could fill the Smokes role that S0m played. It would take time, but I think if S0m were to depart, Cryo offers the best combination of role fit and firepower, maybe even more.
Top 1% wow

Down 11-8 on both winning maps, and they win 5 straight in both to close it out. NRG can win it all*

How are we feeling, guys? I know it was a tough and close battle against a relatively lesser opponent, but considering that DRX just upset TL, I don't think much of the past anymore. The mental fortitude is definitely there, even for a team with 3 rookies. I feel really great about the team and think our chances against DRX are great.
Ranking the Champions Paris Groups using the Official Valorant Global Power Rankings points system
MIBR brought the Group B average down from 1456.33 to 1425.25
Group D and B have 3 Top 10 teams, while groups A and C have 2 Top 10 teams
Group A (PRX, XLG, SEN, GX) Average Ranking: 11
Group B (BLG, MIBR, RRQ, FNC) Average Ranking: 10.25
Group C (TL, DRX, NRG, EDG) Average Ranking: 10
Group D (G2, THC, DRG, T1) Average Ranking: 8.75
Using the official Valorant Power Rankings, https://valorantesports.com/en-US/gpr/2025/current, I added each team's individual ranking into one group and divided it by 4 to get these numbers.
The biggest disparity is definitely Group B, where each team, except MIBR (ranked 27), ranks in the top 10.
This was rushed cause I have a class to attend, so if I got something wrong, let me know!
Looking to see if there are any prominent Mexican players/teams in Tier 2 I should watch and learn about. I know that Seven from TSM is Mexican, but outside of him, I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to the Tier 2 scene. Help would be greatly appreciated ^_^
best in terms of just great Valorant to watch. (Use Liquipedia for seeding)
This would be a great group to watch IMO
Wow man, I'm just still in utter disbelief that WE, yes WE, are going to not only the Grand Finals of Americas, but also to Champions Paris. From such the exciting peaks of 2023 and the abysmal disaster of 2024, watching this 2025 iteration of the team rebound midseason is such a breath of fresh air. Platchat armchair analysts said 'Kru' and 'Lev' would knock NRG out of the playoffs or in the regular season. Look at us now, we're wiping our asses with SEN and sat C9 the fuck down, and fuck it, why not believe that NRG hoist their first ever trophy tomorrow. If you doubted, it's never too late to hop on and sit atop the great wall of NRG.
