You are right, they just qualified for 4 out of 5 International Lans. That's super common.

2nd in First Strike.
2nd in masters Iceland 2021.
Top 8 in Champions.
Didn't drop a single game (group stage) in Stage 1 VCT 2022.
Qualified for Masters 1 but had to play with 2 subs.
Didn't drop a single match in Stage 2 VCT 2022.
Top 4 in masters 2.
Quality for Champions.

I don't think any other team is this consistent (maybe there are teams, say optic.)
