NRGs problem is

1. Chet is clueless on how to be a good coach with making comps, knowing their own map pool, knowing who’s on their comfort roles.
2. Putting demon1 raze when he isn’t even known to be the primary entry for any team. ( this happened to tenz as well last year) Marved has been mid but he isn’t the problem
3. Crashies and Victor who have been mid this whole season has clashing roles with everybody. Like why do we need crashies when we have a better initiator player than him in Ethan. If they have s0m Victor serves no purpose on the team with his current role and putting him on duelist is stupid af his jett is pure mid , his raze has been average lately . His Phoenix and neon has been good but I think him being mid on jett will cost them big time. And I’m pretty sure he can’t op.

How to fix NRG : remove Chet,crashies and Victor and add back fns and s0m . I’m sure fns can be like saadhak and help coaching and igl this team.
