I don't care. I'm doing my job. I'm keeping an eye on this. And if it's getting worse, I'll deal with it appropriately.

Just stop. All of you. Before it gets worse than it is.

Technically they haven't officially announce their new roster yet.

all I have to say is: WHO ARE THESE PLAYERS? Are they actually players in disguise?

Sova banned by AE; Breach banned by Zeal

I was there when VLR had no dark mode. I was molded by it. The Light is the Way.

posted about 2 years ago

They're good, but they're not the second best either. Imo, there's quite a gap between PRX and UwU to the mid-tier teams of MY/SG.

While LVR can be said as close competition to PRX, there's also teams like Kingsmen, SMG, and Todak ever eyeing the mid-tiers. So again, are they good? I'd say they're decent.

While I don't personally mind Indians hyping their team up, I'm just sad that it has reached the state that it is now. I'm excited for GE to perform in the LCQ, but again it's just sad that the interaction has reached the point that it stands now. I just want everyone to not shit all over each other and be civil.

posted about 2 years ago

I implore all of you to be civil, for the sake of all of us. But I think even that would be hard, looking at these threads.

Cypher is a good picm, especially holding B.
Omen can work around with his smokes on A.
Jett or Raze can shake things up very easily with how the sites are set up.
Sage's wall can either deny either entry easily, but I like to deny B Tower and A satellite respectively.
Sova as a gadget agent.

Thank you!

the disrespect to SEA lol, but it's still a patchwork of a fix.

Do you know what schedule is correct? We have referenced the bracket in-stream and through the bracket provided by Riot for Strike Arabia, but both seems to be incorrect.

Can you tell me what timezone is this?

will be updated automatically after the match

Stats isn't everything. A pessimistic, but objective view won't get you anywhere. A fish can't know if he's big or not till it reach the ocean, yes. But it doesn't mean that it cannot be confident in its own abilities to try and survive.

that's a meme, SkRossi isn't forsaken from CSGO iirc

Well, it seems they're going to release it officially. Valorant is slated to be revealed during the LoL Pro League finals weekend, iirc.

I wouldn't be surprised if many count SEA/JP/KR as the weakest teams once again. While Reykjavik did break the stigma of these regions of being cannon fodder, they weren't wrong per se either considering that while NUTURN went far, X10 finished 7-8th, and they defeated CR in order to avoid last place. But each match that they lost, they were competitive. And it pulled a lot of eyes towards them. However, that was Reykjavik.

Berlin brings an entirely new lineup for these regions, except CR who's the sole returner from the region. There's not enough sample size on how they would perform internationally, but regionally?

VS and F4Q bring a lot of versatility and creativity that we've seen out of the KR teams, and I think that'll be the catalyst for them on performing well if needed.

ZETA and CR bring that firepower and crazy playstyles that they've shown in the past, especially ZETA since we knew them as the dominant Absolute JUPITER pre-Masters 1.

Paper Rex brings the absolute stylish, flashiest, and aggressive style that SEA is known to have. f0rsakeN, if anything, embodies that nature. Bren Esports are also in the same vein. While SEA as a whole is a melting pot of aspects of gameplay from regions around them, they've always had that aggressive, in-your-face gameplay that might catch teams down if they underestimate them. You saw how it went for Team Vikings who almost lost to X10 in Reykjavik, and many had expected a sweep.

All-in-all, I expect either VS, ZETA, and/or Paper Rex/Bren to go further into the tournament if all goes right. Do I expect them to win the entire thing? Eh, not exactly. They're still fresh onto the international stage, but y'know, don't underestimate them.

It's not banned in China. It's just the licensing from Tencent that's not out yet, afaik.

posted about 2 years ago

I have hope. And that was X10. Not Paper Rex or Berlin. As much as I am realistic, I'm also hopeful.

posted about 2 years ago

Never underestimate SEA. You saw how Iceland went.

posted about 2 years ago

Absolutely. In that situation, Full Sense would have 235 points.

posted about 2 years ago

Even if they bombed Berlin, they should have enough points to be SEA's 2nd seed, barring a Bren Esports qualification where if both SEA teams bombed at 13-16th place, they will both have equal points (225 points)

posted about 2 years ago

Yep, I stand corrected. Even if they bombed Berlin, they should have enough points to be SEA's 2nd seed, barring a Bren Esports qualification.

posted about 2 years ago

I'm sure somewhere they're talking about the scene, especially considering China's social media circle (y'know, Weibo etc.)

posted about 2 years ago

Casters said they've qualified for Berlin, not Champions.

posted about 2 years ago

Not yet. They're still a long way.

posted about 2 years ago

That's actually somewhat wrong? There are many high-profile teams in China, and even recognizable orgs have picked up Chinese rosters within the region. It's very competitive, and the scene is picking up. To say it has 0 pro scene right now pretty downplays them.

Have mercy, Paper Rex. Have mercy.

Internet issues. AE's ISP is down nationwide. Most likely, the match will be delayed after UBF, but if their internet isn't returning until then, they'll forfeit

posted about 2 years ago

Let me recheck again.

EDIT: Changes made to follow the description and a verified 2nd source. It is back to its original matchup (flipped bracket).

posted about 2 years ago

They've updated the bracket on the PPGL Facebook page.

Hold your thoughts there, they're slowly mounting a comeback.

sorry sorry, soalnya itu disetnya kan semua starter, jadi 3nable sm frizznatz kehitung karena mereka yg duluan. Nanti kalau statsnya udh masuk auto ganti kok

posted about 2 years ago

Thank you for the clarification! While the information isn't necessarily wrong, we'll adjust it accordingly!

posted about 2 years ago

Not really when you think about it. Every round counts, and in the end X10 lost by one round. Also, shouldn't have used the cam bug just saying.

posted about 2 years ago

It's just the system. They're both out.

BAAM win, they take BOOM with them to Playoffs. GXR wins, they take X10 with them.
