The group stage already proved that this event is the most competitive yet, and it's making it so fun to watch. There really is no clear favorite to win this event the way teams are playing right now, and it's going to be really interesting to see how it all plays out.

What era? They barely beat Loud, lost to Liquid in the EMEA final, and Masters Tokyo is still going on.

EG > FUT and PRX w/ CGRS is still a contender

Yo I need help, I'm searching for who asked.

posted about 2 years ago

that's cool bro but did I ask?

posted about 2 years ago

ngl nobody asked + your team lost to FUT lmao

I think we should distinguish between scrims and scrim results because the scrims themselves do matter, for the practice. The results probably only matter in a mental sense, like gaining confidence or feeling better about tactics.

lowkey deserved for picking SR over TGRD lmao

You've clearly never seen something play then, his aim is crazy good.

posted about 2 years ago

Doing this off of roles is pretty much impossible because of what paper rex runs, but using this role comparison:

Derke = Something
Chronicle = forsaken
Leo < Jinggg
Boaster << Mindfreak
Alfajer > d4v41

Overall, their aim is pretty close it just depends on the form of each player when they play.

Naw they fell off cuz they're trolling playing Yoru lol

posted about 2 years ago

FUT beat a trolling NAVI let's be real though like cned was playing Yoru on both maps lmao. FUT is looking good though I gotta be honest, qw1 on a heater rn.

FNATIC is overrated sorry

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah my bad I read that quote wrong, and you could say that, but they were both upset by the same team. And if EG is competitive against Loud then it's less about either of those teams and more about EG. Also, Loud is not that far ahead of any of the remaining teams it feels like, NRG literally beat them and both EG/C9 lost 2-1.

posted about 2 years ago

Again I never said FNATIC isn't good, and my proof is that NAVI fell off and FUT and TL it's hard to know considering FNATIC is so far ahead. Tell me if FNATIC loses, who is going to carry EMEA then?

posted about 2 years ago

You're the one with the narratives lmao, I never even said they're bad, just that they aren't looking good. It's just cope at this point because if FNATIC isn't good, then EMEA is likely not winning shit. But like I said, we'll see at Masters that's the real indicator.

posted about 2 years ago

1 team is not a whole region though. Just because one team is really good does not make the region good (i.e. DRX). And tbh, FNATIC barely even beat LOUD at LOCK/IN. Let's be real, EMEA just isn't as good anymore it seems like.

posted about 2 years ago

Stop living in the past, as of right now EMEA is not looking good. We'll see at Masters though, that's really the best indicator of how good these teams really are.

posted about 2 years ago

EMEA is either a 1 team region or a 4 team region and there's no in-between.

Nah bruh that's on Zeta smh, like DFM were never even gonna get close. All they had to do was win a couple extra games and they couldn't. It sucks for the fans, but Zeta was in a good position to qualify, they just sold.

posted about 2 years ago

Bruh TenZ is still really good, he's just been dealing with a lot outside the game. Not to mention Sentinels as a team has gone through multiple roster changes both of which included him.

posted about 2 years ago

They already play double duelist on Bind and Split, plus zekken is flexible enough that they don't need to run it a lot.

posted about 2 years ago

Tbh, I think it's hard to know because their individual skill is often overshadowed by how bad their teams do in open qualifiers, but mechanically they are both good enough to not feel out of place.
