My bad, I thought you meant his weapon. And yeah, Daredevil is superior in terms of skills, but Punisher is a machine built solely for killing.
If Daredevil is using his stick, I’m pretty sure that at close range Punisher would go for his knife and pistol. I don’t think Punisher would miss a shot if Daredevil gave him even a sec of opportunity. This actually happened once in Daredevil Vol. 1, where Punisher fired a shot at Daredevil’s stomach(close range also). So my money is still on Punisher
For this comparison, let’s assume Daredevil is fighting to kill.
Elseworld/what if comics are hypothetical extremes that showcase a character’s maximum potential like Old Man Logan for Wolverine. But since not every character has Elseworld stories (for example, Daredevil doesn’t really have one), it makes direct comparisons inconsistent. That’s why I stick to canon feats only for this fight
So if we count those kinds of stories, then everyone can beat everyone given the right “Elseworld” setup.
But I think he might have a chance at close range too. He’s a trained killer who doesn’t care about anything and will use any cheap tactic possible, whereas I can’t see Daredevil doing that.
None of my irl friends read comics or care about these things, so I’m asking here. Guys, who do you think would win in a fight to the death between these two? I’m putting my money on Punisher.

I think Viper and Yoru would make a great combo. We can block half of the site using Viper’s wall, and then Yoru can teleport in with the help of a reveal from either Sova or Fade with his blind
