Idk I main Astra in plat and I don't seem to be getting far less than my friends I queue with who play duelist. For a win I get like +22 or +18 and for a loss I can get -14-> -17 depending on performance. I think this might be one of those cases with personal anecdotes don't represent the rest of the community but I understand you frustration with playing support. My advice is to play with your teammates when they're willing and focus on winning your duels when they don't want to work with you to maximize util effectiveness.
