EG 2-0’d to eliminate them, I’m from the future
- Sentinels
- EG
did you not watch their last match?
Why does this guy keep referring to 100T as “we”. Does bro think he’s on the team?
yes it was the pants that made him miss 10 awp shots in a row
Anything but PRX top 2 is delusional lol
not T1, they’re about to show you why
Do you mean APAC as in the Pacific league or as in the SEA VCLs?
GE = SEN - fan favorite team that gets overhyped after showing signs of life following a roster change
GENG = LEV - team that plays really good when they’re in control, but begins to crumble mid season
RRQ = EG - org that becomes a meme and starts the season bad but the team begins to pick it up in the later season
nah the core of Monyet/t3xture/Bazzi literally 3v5 OGS
There's a lot of quality talent in local scenes
I’m no SA fan but there’s a reason why nearly every team in the SA VCL has the maximum amount of imports. Most teams are imports + recycled paycheck stealers, don’t know what team you would build with that. I feel like the true talent hasn’t been given a chance yet.
SOMEONE TELL THIS DUDE THAT YOU’RE SUPPOSED TO JUST RUN DOWN B LONG ON THIS MAP
dude’s clearly going through some kind of manic episode, nice to see Shahz try to look out for SicK’s public image
Short answer: she wouldn’t.
Long Answer: the top GC teams often lose to T3 teams and would get blown out by T2 teams like those in challengers, let alone franchise teams. You could take probably any franchise player, even the frauds, and place them in the GC league and they’d dominate just as hard.
Nah Victor is proven, but imo it's hard to put him for Neon when he hasn't touched the agent yet this year.
the issue with RRQ is their performance against T1 makes it hard to justify putting them above them. where would you rank them?
if GES lose today though this'll look really bad
Edit: fuck
TS 2-0, T1 are mid
I'm saying keep SA the way it is right now. It's too far away to combine with other leagues cause of ping issues and it's already supposed to be a mixture of a bunch of other countries, so it would be too much to combine it with another region.
Riot honestly need to just combine VCL at this point, too many of them are either dominated by one team, have no viewership, or have no org support. Here's an example of what regions could look like:
Pacific
East Asia: Korea + Japan
Maritime SEA: Philippines + Indonesia + Singapore + Malaysia
Mainland SEA: Thailand + Vietnam + Laos/Burma/Cambodia
South Asia
Oceania
(include HK/TW in the CN VCL when the league is set up)
EMEA
Western Europe: Northern + France + DACH
Southern Europe: Spain + Portugal + Italy
Eastern Europe: East + CIS
Turkey
MENA
With these leagues, the fans get more competition and hype rivalries while orgs get better viewership and sponsors. As long as Riot make sure not to neglect certain countries (like setting up the Southern league with only Spanish teams), I think this system would work. Thoughts?
No shit when you put it to the extremes you'd probably prefer mechanics, but what I'm saying is 5 clueless players <<< 4 clueless players and an IGL to lead them. No one said a team of 5 IGLs was better
Mixwell having the game of his life helped too but I still think Weber had to have been adding some strategic value that TH were previously missing.
It just shows that Valorant lacks good IGLs right now. If your team gets better after putting an assistant coach in, clearly it was a strategic issue beforehand, not a mechanical one.
how do you let Mixwell in 2023 drop a 30 bomb on you and lose to a last second coach sub

help fill in the rest of the maps
Everyone here saying “GE could” or “RRQ could” or “GENG could” didn’t watch what happened to ONS. DRX tend to take close games as wake up calls. I don’t see them losing to anyone in the Pacific soon just because these first matches were kind of close.
0 rounds away actually to beating them, there’s a big difference between almost beating a team and almost taking a map.
Derke may be bald but he's pretty good at Icebox
1.02 to 10.00 odds is actually crazy lmao
dude the level of play this game was so low. SG really thought they were gonna win the last round by taking zero map control and waiting until the last 20 seconds to do anything.
If you put Demon1 on current FNC and they obviously beat Derke on current EG, does that mean that Demon1 is now better than Derke? Crazy how many people don’t understand that Valorant is a team game
another skin to put your silver gun buddy on
Shanghai Sharks making an esports division
DRX vs NAVI is a rivalry, carrying over the DRX vs FPX rivalry. One the NAVI players even said they wanted to make DRX their rivals in an interview
I thought they did get chosen but chose to drop out last second, cause I remember Noyn leaking that they were in before MIBR replaced them last second
a lot of it is shit and it just steals from actual artists without credit. 99.99% of the time you can immediately tell the art is generated too cause it just has a certain look to it (almost a soulless look), so I doubt it ever replaces real art
I just mean weakest group as in the group that did the worst in playoffs (LEV and TL both getting first rounded)
after they owned their Champs group people thought they were contenders too before we learned that they were just in the weakest group
losing to EG with Pearl and the map that you are literally best known for being good at in the pool is an all time low
EG are going to lose this map though
I was being generous if anything by giving them 4th after losing to 100T and FUR. I still have hope for them but they need to prove it
LOUD

C9

NRG
LEV
SEN
FUR

100T
EG
MIBR
KRU
might piss off some 100T fans but I think they're closer to the bottom tier than the mid tier
