I think they should merge most of Asian countries( e.g JP/KR/SEA/PHL/VIT/IND/PAK/INO) into one region.Based on local events and tournaments top 2 teams from each region will play each other at a lan event and top 4 teams from that lan tournament will get a slot for champions.
It might mess up the circuit point system but it sure will result in better teams from asia goin to champions

In order to improve we need to play against good regions, even while playing against sea teams there is always a ping diff.
Also indian make shit decisions, most of them stick with the same team(eg. ge have two bad players but they won't consider roster change, adding some young new talent will make them insta top 3 even in sea/kr/jp in about 2-3 months)
