I might be misinformed about rossy's first time getting kicked if ur confident, im also all for second chances but its weird that he was your first choice since there are a few with better record (as an igl), even tho he has had some standout games when it comes personal performance.

IGL's does a fuckton of work outside server time with cooking strats with the coach and stuff.
not to mention making sure the team dynamic/moral is good, basicly being a leader outside the server.
