I interpreted the OP's words as people saying he's always the number one on the team in every tournament. But if they just meant he's the most consistent, and therefore the best player, then they're right.
Yeah, claiming he's always been PRX's best player is definitely wrong. I’d say he’s more like someone who’s at least consistently top 3 on the team + he’s a flex and a caller.

Unique and aggressive playstyle + likable and fun personalities. Also, because of their playstyle, they often don’t perform that well, so people view them as underdogs most of the time, and people like to watch an underdog-to-contender story.
