Not much of an improvement with huge risk to ruin synergy. Not worth it. Gambit already good as it is. And all the players really young with huge room for improvement.
Navi Ange1 and Shao would be sick tho for both teams I think. Or just Shao if it is Ange1 who came up with challengers playoff strategies and role swaps for FPX

fun fact he was Raze main once

And why pro player have to be clown/showman all of a sudden?
High skill level player/matches>>>>trashtalk, hype and bm. Im here for valorant.

He already have fans and more people watch emea. No wonder everyone excited about "newcomers". Especially bunny with his fearless style plays

Koreans strong in every game they commited. Fighting games or SC isn't team games. And they never commited into CS.
I believe their strengths is hard work, discipline, reflexes and ofcourse ability to adapt to any game mechanic no matter how hard it is to execute. Also as far as I understand Koreans treat games much more serious than any other country.

posted about 2 years ago

If korean player base will grow atleast half as big as in LoL, Koreans will dominate Valorant in 1-2 years maximum. Agent mechanics and reflexes are too good. Now its just matter of game sense and aim.

posted about 2 years ago

nah I do prefer when everyone is respectful and let the game speak for them. But for each its own

posted about 2 years ago

Too soon, too soon

posted about 2 years ago

Apparently it was "just a seeding matches". When lowest seed NA got themselves easiest group and 2 emea teams placed together

I don't think that tenz would've been as good in cloud9 as he is in sentinels. He looks like guy who don't really listening to even his teammates calls. Coach and more strict management would place to much pressure on him to deal with. I remember dapr said that tenz doesn't listen to calls inside the game and focusing on wining as much duels as he can.
Reminds me of young Messi who just ran forward and scoring goals on his own.

I dont feel myself superior. Its just everyone else kinda inferior :/

Sheydos will smurf 1v5 for gambit. He also looks like a guy who carries enormous knife all the time just in case.

I prefer it over spectre on eco rounds.
2 reasons - i suck with spectre and i don't have a spectre skin yet

May be it is Fnatic that lost their form.

Because fps =/= monitor refresh rate. Former is how much frames ur hardware can show per second and latter is how frequently ur monitor show new picture. They won't come in perfect sync if u just cap ur fps at 60. The more fps the better. 60 in this case is just bare minimum to see somewhat smooth picture.

posted about 2 years ago

150-180 fps on my 7yo pc with i5 3570k and rx580(only upgrade ive got in past 7 years), 8gb RAM only.
You either lying or just need to clean ur system

Have u watched how rugby players fight on the field while not wearing all those armor? I once seen how one guy was tossed on the ground and got soccer kicked in the face at full strength
Then he just jumped back on his feet and punch back like nothing. Those psychopats made of steel.
Also bigger doesn't mean better both in sports and fist fighting

Ask some Indian guy on YouTube how to do it

American less manly rugby parody nobody gives a damn about in rest of the world

3 best teams in berlin will be placed 1,2 and 3 in that order

People just building up hype. None of these predictions does matter and everybody know it. Just chill and let everyone have their fun. There is zero reasons to be so triggered by some internet banter

If gambit out I would definitely cheer for VS or F4K

Sheydos also. He looks like the guy who can 1v5 enemy team in a fist fight irl.

Whichever team have sexiest players ofc

Never meant that aim is the problem. I just felt like they prefer use every utility possible before going to aim duels

posted about 2 years ago

Never said that koreans have weak aims. Its simply not true.

posted about 2 years ago

Is hella enjoyong to watch. I missed every challengers live, except for emea for obv reasons. But then i decided to watch most hyped regions - NA and KR. NA honestly didn't impress me too much in terms of playstyle, tactics etc. But looking back at iceland it kinda work for NA so whatever.
Korea is another thing. Their utility usage looking so complex, creative and clean. All the ability executions and agent combos had so much thought and structure to that. Really pleasuring gameplay.
But it comes with a drawback. I had a feeling that korean players doesn't feel as confident at aim duels as na or emea teams. They clearly prefer to use utility before any peek even at advantageous angles.

Ain't gonna happen most likely. And even then CIS viewer and players involvement only grows up with international competition. Nobody really interested in domestic events unless its RMR. Every team or player interview Ive watched they said how little they care about CIS region and how they motivated to be the best in the world

Help me please to chose a game to watch from last challengers. I want to see some quality na playstyle in serious match. Ive tried to watch grandfinals but it looked like both teams just wanted some fun if not stright away trolling.

posted about 2 years ago

I really hope they will keep EMEA. While for TR teams separation would be just bad because of less competition and practice outside of their playstyle. CIS separation would mean death of valorant in the region.

watch at 0.25 speed how he were aimed on nUts trough the smoke thats more sus. But honestly both epizodes are just coincidence. Dude is just cracked

the rest of my pickem are trash tho. Atleast I got the winner right, also predicted their lower bracket run

posted about 2 years ago

Just because ssk play duelists. Everybody watches duelists play ignoring those who set them up. Cloud was more reliable and consistent than ssk. They both are really good tho

There is a study that show that woman have slower reaction time on average.
But I think main reason is community is sexist af creating additional pressure.

U got quake also

posted about 2 years ago

Top 5 players would be the team who will rise the trophy above their head. Rest is irrelevant

posted about 2 years ago

Not really. CIS is always contender in FPS. Like they were 2nd to NA in quake and 2nd to Scandinavians in cs. In terms of achievements over time. Cis is always there on top but slightly behind the number 1 of all time spot

posted about 2 years ago

They actually didn't. They play it like ranked with better coordination of 5 man team. And havinhg fun with their agent select

posted about 2 years ago

Here we separate termins continents and i dont really know how to translate it right - "parts of the world". Continents have pure geographical meaning - thus it is Eurasia. And parts of the world is more historical/political/cultural and here we have Europe and Asia

posted about 2 years ago

Redgar said yesterday that they dont practice before games in playoff because they want to expirience same condition teams would have in Berlin. But still this doesnt explain this MASSIVE duels difference

posted about 2 years ago

Im watching every gambit game. Redgar actually not that bad aimer everyone claiming him be. He often gets those crispy headshots when he got a chance. Even gambit vs tl game he won not only 1v1 clutch against scream but couple more 1v1 duels against him. And scream is arguably one of the best aimers in the world.

It is just Redgar being support player he have much less aim duels than entry fraggers, lurkers or even anchors. And on top of that he is IGL and thats certainly take away some focus from just crosshair

posted about 2 years ago

It is indeed exciting time to watch valorant pro scene. 2 years from now it would be much more predictable and stale.

posted about 2 years ago

Its not as bad for gambit. But most of the teams in cis doesnt even got cheese on their half of a sandwich
