This will probably leave me down for few days. When I hear news of someone committing suicide, I just feel so sad. It just feels I get triggered from it. I feel so helpless even though I don’t really know them. No parasocial bull, it happens to anyone before. Makes me not wanna do anything at all. I’m not really sure what is it.
