W org caring about their players and not keeping them binded

True. Get a proper set IGL and take decisions that'll actually benefit the roster.
Kryptix was Good but Nivera has been better than him in every aspect. If SoulCas fails with his consistency (he used to be an insane Skye back then) some changes might be due

Ping issues (WiFi is downbad at times) and I play on a laptop so that kinds limits the performance in the longevity.
Oh and I have a terrible aim.

Because he's a close tier 1 cs pro who's mechanically cracked at the game and was amongst the first to dodge a brimstone molly with a Jett updraft and Astra suck by opposing movements. People know his calibre and hence the support deservedly.

Although for me having played controllers quite a lot, smoking the chamber trap and pushing or lurking is easy to make it useless which can't be done with cypher. If your trip placement is good you're guaranteed value even when broken and not to mention the cypher cam on split is one of the best abilities to use

He was tho, Sean and ddk told him they'd form a team around him but he himself decided to leave 100T. He clarified on stream

I agree. The debts are way too much. Besides Asuna having to sit through so many iterations of rosters must have put a heavy guilt debt on his heart. That's another flex down

posted about 2 years ago

It isn't even about them being good / bad.
Offcourse they're good they're placed minimum 4th and they've had all dominant games.
What makes people enjoy them is their aggressive playstyle which is difficult to counter. This is a team that has mastered aggression.

Benkai. His growth as an IGL and as a player, he has clutched the most rounds for PRX and has looked EXTREMELY crisp

posted about 2 years ago

Sheydos. That man has saved Gambit multiple times on many different agents. Also pretty underrated.
Also have to give it to Redgar for IGLing and not loosing his cool.
Gambit are known kings of comebacks. The amount of times they've Made a comeback is insane.

Not listening to music nerfed him significantly with his mental

posted about 2 years ago

Not really tho. G2 had the easier one and a better seeding in playoffs imo

posted about 2 years ago

Pretty much, as I like to describe them as Controlled Chaos
They are on their record a very aggressive team but they know how to play around it and don't just over aggress and pay for it!
PRX for the win!

posted about 2 years ago

Sure they got knocked before G2 but their performances which looked like fluke proved to be now what we can see in Zeta defeating a fundamentally coordinated team like DRX.
Although I have a liquid flair I'm not being delusional and just wanted to point it they arguably had the best performance from all the EU teams we had this masters.
And I'm glad we finally have other regions in the finals. High key hoping OpTic to lose so we get a new region being the champion, although may the better team win.

posted about 2 years ago

Fr sure. We've seen Zeta defeat DRX who's arguably the most coordinated team. If liquid put that good of a fight then they were the better team, not to forget they had 2 players fasting for 20 hours while playing.

posted about 2 years ago

Let's go DRX!

The only problem is Reyna cannot do the job of entering sites and creating space alone. F0rsakeN creates space and entries and Jingg on Reyna trades him and is the secondary entry.
The aggressive nature of PRX allows Jingg to instantly trade and dismiss to safety.
So to make Reyna work you basically must go on a double duelist comp to really work effectively.

Yeah. I think the first seeds should be given an extra redemption opportunity wherein they start with everyone and have to qualify for playoffs but rather than 2, they need 3 losses to be eliminated.
I know sounds nuts but if the seeding matches are important then this is something every team will right for through and through.
So make something like a round robin with the top seeded teams so they have an extra opportunity.

Yeah I feel MaKo is a better viper, or to be Frank he's just the best controller overall imo

Forget Masters, I'd say for a high tier tournament of the calibre it sucked for any eSports. The matches were good but the tech pauses were way too dragged, there were lan freezes, lags, as Stax mentioned they kept getting swapped to desktop, the HUD was lazy at times.
To think that the so called local tourneys "Mickey Mouse Tournaments" still have a production quality better than an A/S tier event is pretty weird.
This has been a frustrating experience for everyone, the players and the viewers who are dragged 10+ hours for 3 matches and 6+ hours of 2 matches.

posted about 2 years ago

Jamppi, Hoody and MaKo have been literal LANimals with Nivera popping off at times.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah they totally didn't play it for the very first time on LAN.
Oh and it's also totally not as if Optic has already played quite a number of matches on LAN even before this event.
It'd be delusional of me to think Optic had an advantage in that area!

posted about 2 years ago

Bandwagon. It's cool apparently.

Hopping on the bandwagon, it's cool to apparently.

Bandwagon. It's cool apparently.

They obviously did very well. You could see they couldn't stop the comebacks as they don't have the mental / lan experience but I'm pretty sure they'll be a very strong contender going ahead.
Saya already has LAN experience and it translated to his fearless nature of aggression with Jett.
Others will soon reach there after some experience on LAN

posted about 2 years ago

For real. For the position they're in, they did well. Not everyone can convert their online form to a LANimal like Jamppi, Nivera or MaKo

Back when he was there, undoubtedly the best NA controller and definitely a top 3 top 5 in the world

This could be the grand finals too. One of them falling to lower only to find each other in the grand finals

posted about 2 years ago

Ah yes other regions can never progress!
They don't have the means to review vods, come up with strats / anti strats, grow as a region!
Only EU can progress, others are fixed!

posted about 2 years ago

It was about establishing supremacy in the whole EU vs Br thingy.
Good game, hopefully liquid realises their mistakes and I mean Scream and Nivera fast so they play it empty stomach, without food and water so GGs.
Liquid have known to be a lower bracket demons so let's see how far it squares

posted about 2 years ago

Had some people telling they threw.
All I'm saying is when FNatic lost people rightfully did not troll them as their situation was understandable, but they should with other such teams who face the same burnout as Zeta.
Hey riot fix your schedule!

posted about 2 years ago

Yes they made some fundamental mistakes. But their rounds were honestly a thing of beauty to watch on split attack.
I and perhaps everyone expected the result of G2 winning.
Zeta did extremely well for their bracket. They had to play 3 days continuously, practice three different teams, watch vods, prepare anti strats and come in.
Taking that in consideration, they did well!

posted about 2 years ago

All roles set well, I just don't know about Bang on smokes.
But then again sgares and ddk have been there and I'm sure they finalised it only because perhaps bang on smokes outdid Ethan.
So let's see how it works out

posted about 2 years ago

If they win here it's hella impressive. They've been playing continuously 3 days now

Yessss I especially wanna see the hype around Loud. Hoping for a 2-0 or realistically 2-1 victory for liquid over loud

OpTic won so NA should get 6 slots KEKW☠️☠️

Bruh thays why steel's experiments are not good in T1.
That's why CyderX didn't get any success in Vitality.
Heck that's why even Boaster couldn't clutch up rounds he should have.
You can't just expect abilities to outdo aim.
This is pro play, where everyone is capable of hitting heads.

posted about 2 years ago

Wait. It takes some rounds usually to get a hang of teams. Zeta pulled a different comp and it's a defensive map and they have a defensive comp. If they score 4 on attack might be enough ig
