Not saying ranked is trash. It works for some but its not the end all be all type of thing.

Its not about winning scrims, the sheer learning experience from scrimming id valuable.

The Guard scrimmed 2nd most to Optic and they took number 1 last challengers.

Optic is the opposite that's why they climb up. FNS told once before Iceland on tariks stream that Optic play the most scrims out of any team and SEN are the least.

I play Jett which is fine during attack but defensive side is a nightmare because of so many aim duel areas.

This idea that grinding ranked = working hard is false. Lets use a proper example of a successful team. Remember Astralis in CSGO? 4 time Major winners. Well newsflash but Astralis players almost never played Faceit Pro League (FPL).

They did their aim routines in aim maps, played bunch of dms for hours and scrimmed. That's all they did for 2-3 years and became the ultimate dynasty in CS history.

Ranked games aren't everything. If you have enough experience playing the maps then all you need is good aim practice, strats and scrims to remain at the top level, also ranked creates bad habits and complacency which is rarely seen vs other pro teams and so some people find it less enjoyable.

TLDR: Scrimming is the most important measure of how well teams prepare not the number of ranked games people grind per day.

I hate how random the maps are. If you play 7 games of ranked, you should be able to play 7 different maps. Instead of a Bind then Fracture, Breeze, Breeze, Fracture then Split

Or do I become a complete bot in breeze? Like I'm casually dropping 30 bombs the last few games then play one match of Breeze and I go 4-15. I have good crosshair placement most of the time but I still can't frag in that map for some reason. Aim duels every fucking where.

Everyone knew from the beginning he was going to go back to CS as his main goal is to win a Major thats why he fought so hard to get unbanned for Valve sponsored events. Jamppi has been nothing short of amazing in Liquid and he did his best eventhough he wasn't comfortable IGLing. He will probably leave after this season which is fine, gives Liquid time to solidy roles and get some experience with Link calling plays and Scream becoming full-time duelist.

TLDR: Good Luck to Jamppi and thanks for the incredible clutches in Champions. For the rest of you calling him a paycheck stealer, he put a tremendous effort to win with Liquid and paid deservedly so.

Some background on the teams, Giants have recently traded for ACE Kiles and Heretics brought in Keloqz from G2 last year. One of the best mechanical Jett players in EU and was very good in G2 before attitude problems clashed with Nukkye.
