You can choose players in TIER2 !! Doesnt only have to be in franchising!

Make your world cup teams. Rules are max one player from each team. My Korean team is:

Stax | IGL/initiator | DRX
T3xture | Duelist | GenG
Rb | Flex/Sentinel | TEC
iZu | Controller | T1
Zest | Flex/Initiator | BLD
Astell | Head Coach | DFM

Teams are:
EDWARD GAMING
DRAGON RANGER GAMING
BILIBILI GAMING
NOVA ESPORTS
WOLVES ESPORTS
FUNPLUS PHOENIX

In the post match interview with magnum after kc beat gx in a 2-0 fashion.
Yinsu asks "Looking ahead to the rest of your split, you have NAVI, FUT, KOI, HERETICS. Is there a team that you feel like would give you the biggest challenge out of all of those guys"
Magnum responds " I dont know from these four teams but im happy we dont have to play team vitality"
You can watch the whole thing on the youtube VOD at 2:34:40.

I know scrims do not mean much but it sounds like vitality are looking very solid coming out of kickoff and into split 1. NAVI are not ready, Ange1 need to prep snus for the entire team.

GIGABANGER, will pacific lift their first international trophy?

GENG, T1, DRX are looking like top contenders to claim the spots for Masters Shanghai. Compared to other teams like GE, TS, ZETA, DFM, BLEED, you can see the effort the players and the coaches are putting in to drilling their weaknesses. Although DRX did look a little sloppy during kickoff, I think it was a good wake up call for them and cannot wait for their games in Stage 1.

Sorry guys, I thought it was 16 slots. I would say maybe this list could work for champs but it is way too early to say.

meteor also played for GENG against LOUD in lockin when they had aspas, they were close games. GENG look better now and LOUD has lost aspas. One of the reasons why I chose on GENG beating LOUD.

SEN and GENG will be the best matchup going into playoffs. Both teams have had to claw their way out of play-ins during kickoff.

After their first loss in their own respective regions, they have been improving as a team at a rapid pace.
ZEKKEN and T3XTURE have shown their insane mechanics backed with amazing stats, playing only Raze and Jett.
SEN and GENG has played the most amount of rounds compared to any other team atm. SEN(541) GEN(550).
Both have absurd controller players.
Tenz the veteran that has been playing in tier1 for years and finally back to claim another title.
and Karon the rookiest of rookies snatched from the ranked leaderboards.

JohnQT and Kaplan(coach) have been together in ghost gaming in tier 2 and have reunited in SEN.
Lakia and Solo(coach) have have been on Dplus in tier 2 and have also reunited in GENG.

Each team bringing in other players from other tier one teams to create a team that just click with one another very well.
This will truly be the matchup to look out for.
