wait what..? You sold your old pc with those specs because you had fps issues? Obviously its not about the specs, gpu or cpu atleast. Could be RAM like this one guy said, but obviously the problem wasnt your gpu or cpu, if you had "huge issues with fps", of course the problem is something else than ur main specs. Unless you sold it for other reasons idk.
