Not good enough. GC is not equivalent to Tier 1 at all. Most relevant classifcation would be GC = Tier 3. The potential is there for growth, but it is just not there yet. All GC teams have performed horribly in T2 circuit as far as I have seen.

Not really, you cannot call flukes really in a game like valorant IMO. Unlike CS there is an ever changing meta. Teams adapt and some teams fall behind. It is just not the way riot has designed the esports (whether on purpose or not).
