Lowest ping you get using Fiber Optic in Nigeria while playing on London server is 110/120 ish. Dude, I pirate stuffs and torrent all the time, a malware could have gotten into my system from anywhere. I'm just sharing my experience, I had a similar issue in 2021, my fps would drop to 0 from about 400 every 30secs or thereabout. I searched everywhere for a solution, until I found a malware (nothing to do with CS or whatever). Of course, issues like these, you have to troubleshoot, you can't exactly predict what the problem is, could be outdated drives, could be anything.

By scanning with an anti-virus? I recommend malwarebytes (that's what I use), there's also Rogue Killer but it can be a pain the ass,
