For 2022 Honestly even though its eco ace, Jinggs ace against Optic was the first ever ace in front of a crowd at a international event. So it earns brownie points for me.
agreed, Optic and Loud may have been the 2 best teams of the year but the gap between them and the rest of the teams in their regions was huge. EMEA while not having the same peak, did not of the America's lows.

we all know MIBR becomes a top level team when it means they have a shot at ruining someone's dreams. So its a toss up between America's and Apac. If Apac teams care, then mibr easily wins it all.

How is this even a upset for SEN. FFS if 100t don't win tmr that proves smth is horribly wrong. They have boostio a world champ IGL and with the 2nd coach of EG last year. Asuna and Bang who are known to make magic happen once they get the ball rolling. Cryo and Eu r just good in general. They have so many vods to anti strat SEN, who are lacking their god tier IGL. For a team that many people place as the 4th or 5th best thats just depressing if they lose.
Keiko is so fun to watch and it sucks seeing him stuck in a slump with the rest of his team. Come to NA keiko, we will gladly drop Asuna/Leaf for you.
KC and Navi from last year were the most exciting teams in EMEA to watch.
T1 is GenG's bitch. GenG can have a bad day and T1 would find a way to play with a sub and fuck their map pools. The Day Faker beats chovy in a regional in korea will create the brightest era for T1 as a org.
Also another way is to make sure they play T1 at finals.

Lakia is the Father of DRX, who are the prev Fathers of PRX,T1 can never beat GENG regionally (its in the orgs blood) . So Lakia = free king of pacific league. Pretty good pick up ngl.

Steel being a caster is throwing me off. I feel like he would be better on the desk then a caster. His input and game knowledge is better breaking things down after its happened rather then commenting on the fly.

If they don't win anything this year GenG is just cursed. All of their players are legit S tier, except maybe Top.
Has GenG won anything in any riot games? To my remembrance they are regional kings of the LCK but choke at internationals when it matters the most. i really hope the same does not occur for the valorant GenG team (please not another DRX).

god dam, i for some reason thought Lakia was the IGL.
The difference with smth, was that they clearly hit a limit in their potential. Something (pun unintended) needed to change as their style became a deficit and were way to easy to read. They had to make a choice on committing to this pure w key or tone it down to smth slower. With the dropping of benkai and picking up of smth they could up the speed and improve the W key strat. Monyet honestly feels like how Benkai used to be on the team in the first half o franchise. Clearly both sides are holding each other back.
Shanghai is gonna be insane, I rly hope T1 make it and we get another tourney showing APAC are here to play.

tbf i didnt even take the geng loss as to hard, cuz they really didn't care. I was only worried after the EDG series cuz it looked like monyet struggled to find his footing and PRX were doing weird ass comps that rly seemed weird to be weird. You can't deny they looked like a diff team in these last 2 games.
idk about SEN, but I def know optic used to do that as well. I mean just recently someone on SEN said 2 of the NRG guys were talking shit to them in the freaking bathroom LMFAO.
