When people talk about fragging IGLs they unanimously say it's JohnQT when he isn't even the best fragging IGL out there. We have come a long way in valorant.
Most good teams nowadays have an IGL with hands. Valyn, Boo, Munchkin, Boostio, Kingg are all fantastic callers who can hold down their own and then some.

TH is a new team and literally went to a LAN in their first time competing together. If we didn't have the patitek exp tas we would won. The exp tax literally killed us so what's your point? It's a process and good young players can gain that exp through that process. Valorant isn't a enigma that you need eons of experience to unravel.
Experience isn't bad but when you employ people with tremor aim and the confidence of a bunny just for the sake of experience, it's chalked.
