penny is good, probably honestly the best player on C9 because of OXY's inconsistency, and unless you're letting Xeppaa igl then I'm not sure how he would fit on the team. Would be good on lots of other teams however, (EG, SEN)

Obviously it's just a first match and reduxx did underperform heavily but something I've thought about this roster is that it's just kind mid for being a SEN roster. Last year they were top 3 americas and I'm pretty sure everyone expected them to be that good with N4RRATE and Bang, yeah they underperformed internationally but they did good. The year before that they also had a really good roster and won an INT and on paper the teamed looked solid, even in 23 on paper they had a crazy fucking roster but yeah we know how that went..

I guess my question is why didn't Rob push for a better roster? There was so much talent this off-season and cortez was a good pick up but Kyu and Reduxx are still questionable, but n4rrate main duelist to me is just not promising at ALL. It feels as if this team is so dependent on cortezia and reduxx being online that when they aren't the team looks awful. I guess my question is why didn't rob go for bigger moves? For example, Less was available and is a great sentinel obviously and just switch cortezia over to perma smokes. Anyways, anyone else agree this roster is just kind of mediocre? I'm not even a fan of Zeta but honestly what the HELL are they doing with their roster, they're promoting honeybunny from their Academy team supposedly. Which is such a questionable move because he's had very mediocre play and performance in JPN Tier 2 and is even more questionable when KEN, Hals, Aace, Caedye, GON, hell even Yatsuka are all available. To make matters even worse they're trialing Absol who also is ANOTHER duelist play alongside Honeybunny who is ALSO mediocre. Signing eKo is good actually I have no issues with that he seems pretty solid but I just feel bad for Zeta fans man.
