Misfits is based out of UK. In Overwatch they had a primarily European roster before they franchised and became Florida Mayhem. Even going into OWL they were 100% European but sold their roster and went Korean after season 1. Not primarily French though (at least that I have seen) though I wouldn't be surprised if they had had French players in the past.
