100t have a decent chance of winning if will continues to perform at a really high level (for will), like he has the past 2 matches, otherwise, I don't think they can

I didn't see one when I looked so I made a tiermaker for champions https://tiermaker.com/create/valorant-champions-2022-1625197
I understand the FPX logo is scuffed but I don't think it matters that much

2 L's for a reason

They lost to xset in the rematch, most teams lose in the rematch (they lost to faze on the rematch too), optic lost the rematch to xset, LG lost the rematch to Faze, EG lost the rematch to optic, xerxia lost the rematch to optic in masters 1, optic lost the rematch to x10 at champions, gambit lost the rematch vs acend in stage 3 challengers playoffs, Northeption lost the rematch vs full sense in apac lcq. Loud lost the rematch to optic in masters 1, fusion lost to leviatan in the rematch in stage 2 Latam playoffs, laser lost the rematch to kru in stage 1 Latam playoffs
I shouldn’t have to go on, in general, the team that won the first match loses the rematch. 100t also have so much time to prepare for lcq here than they did for xset in playoffs, and we know that their coaching and strats are a large part of their success

It’s less that I trust SEN and more that I don’t trust any of the teams below them, besides TGRD which I think have a miniscule chance of going on a run, I don’t trust any of the teams below SEN to win LCQ, I think SEN have a decent chance though, I think c9 will have fully integrated curry when LCQ starts(they clearly were not prepared to play with him last challengers) and I put SR 8th bc I haven’t seen them do anything special, I think they have no chance to go on a run and place highly. Sure SR beat c9 2-0 the last time they played, but SR were 2 rounds away from being 2-0d by a historically bad SEN roster the last time they played

posted about a year ago

Yes bc with a lot of teams it’s like they either go 0-2 or get a top 3 to me, SR on the other hand I don’t think has any chance of winning but will probably win a match maybe 2. Like I think tgrd will either get a top 2 spot or bomb out, same with 100t

I mean 100t kinda dismantled xset in the group stage

2 c9
3 sen
4 faze
5 NRG
6 EG
7 TGRD
8 SR

Why is everyone rating faze so highly, they dropped Poach and got flyuh back and went on a honeymoon period where they barely qualified out of groups and didn’t even qual for Copenhagen
Edit: similar thing with EG in that imo they are also overhyped, they beat optic once but didn’t do much in playoffs, sure they exceeded expectations in C2 but that’s bc expectations were low

posted about a year ago

It’s because in Masters 1&2 there was the BR/LATAM slot between the 2nd place teams from each region, the 2nd lcq slot here is the equivalent to that slot

Asuna won’t be playing chamber, he’s not that good at oping. Regardless of 100t do, even as a fan, I think it’s very unlikely that they will qual with will on the team. He’s going to need to make massive steps and get on the level of other star duelists for 100t to have a chance. I know it’s not going to happen but 100t picking up mummay or PureR could push this roster over the edge. PureR is a better duelist than will who can awp, and mummay can flex many different agents and awp, which allows asuna to go raze on raze maps by putting mummay/bang on chamber/init/smokes and stellar on smokes/senti/init. On breeze Asuna could go neon like babybay does

hes still playing worse than he did last masters with his clutch% being down 40%, apr being down 25%, and fdpr being up 12.5%
clutch % being down 40% is the regression I was talking abt, he won an insane amount of clutches last masters that isn't being replicated at the same level now

i meant no 2-0 dingleberry, and look it wasn't a 2-0

optic has regressed in that marved isn't going to play at the level he did at iceland.

The team that beat the #1 NA seed?

100t fell off when steel and nitro left, if only 1 left it wouldn’t of Been such a disaster

posted about a year ago

Hasn’t optic have slightly regressed and Loud beat optic in the bo3 at masters 1?

posted about a year ago

asuna is a worse jett than will, and if asuna is playing flex it is a lot easier to bring in and integrate a duelist like PureR than a new initiator

posted about a year ago

will isn't a quality initiator and asuna can not play jett

posted about a year ago

i doubt NTH beat DRX, we would've heard about NTH beating DRX in scrims or something along those lines by now IMO since they are from JP and KR
and they would have to beat DRX to qualify, Xerxia should beat DRX

posted about a year ago

if 100t get a better duelist that is up to par they qualify easily, even getting PureR would be an upgrade

posted about a year ago

xset was not guranteed to qualify by week 3, they could've ended 2-3 and not qualified

Xset has lost to 100t, Loud has beaten optic
They are not the same

posted about a year ago

You realize EU isn’t winning either?

posted about a year ago

You realize that while optic has regressed LOUD has gotten better? And loud beat optic once

posted about a year ago

I didn't expect 100t to place 5th-6th when they have the worst duelist out of the group stage teams, I am not mad

posted about a year ago

They lost to Akrew after poaching their best player

posted about a year ago

faze are not beating xset in a bo5, cryo & zekken >= babybay and dicey depending on the day

posted about a year ago

it isn't stellar it is will
its clear you don't understand that Stellar is an igl putting up better stats than other igls like fns
will is the issue, he is worse than every other duelist on the remaining teams replace will with any duelist on these teams and 100t are better, replace stellar with any igl and 100t are not

posted about a year ago

its not stellar its that will isn't as good as any other duelist

100t vs ghost matters, if 100T wins they get first seed which puts them up a match. faze eg matters bc if faze wins they won't be 4th seed. LG vs optic matters bc if EG loses the winner of that is first seed. the only match that doesn't matter is SEN vs C9

lmao one loss in group stages

I know hiko is retired. I just think he has no reason to switch anytime soon. I am saying the ONLY way he switches anytime soon is if he wants to be reunited. or something tragic happens to cs
