Aleks obviously is a really good coach molding players like somwthing and jinggg to fit into this team and being able to control them. But aleks also doesnt seem to be a coach that can be hard on the players and call them out on their bad plays and force them to conform and change their playstyles. They need another coach or aleks needs to go one on one with the players to help them.

I am NOT saying that the players are free of criticism. They should also be vod reviewing and seeing their mistakes.

It doesn't make sense for a team with such high level players and a decent coach to be having issues easily solved from a coach on fiverr.
