Traditional gender roles certainly do have utility. Women are not going to work in oil rigs, fight wars cut trees etc etc at the same rate as men. If you think these things are really malleable and we can socially engineer women to wrestle pipe just as good as men then you are delusional. You are once again showing your ignorance of biology. The hormones which men and women produce differences in brain anatomy. These differences (on average) pre-dispose men to certain fields or activities. Men will always have a higher proclivity towards violent aggression for instance. If you read the relevant literature, you would see that women actually prefer jobs which are stereotypically feminine when they live in countries with high amounts of economic freedom Stoet and Geary (2018). Men and women are allowed to be different. It is not the job of the social engineers to change it.

Your argument is BS because human cultures are inevitably influenced by our biology. The fact that this needs to be explained to shows that there is a problem here. If men are physically stronger and women have the capability to nurture an infant. The cultural roles will inevitably show some kind of divide around these different capabilities.
