Get yourself a backrest pillow maybe. You probably spend a lot of time sitting and the backrest will save you from back pain and other back issues that form over time due to excessive sitting.

Are you sure nothing else is running in the background? Maybe turn off background apps (if not done already) and check your taskbar for any other application running in the back
