Ele largou o Valorant e agora tá colado no Gaulês tentando surfar na relevância dele. O cara é tão sem carisma que mesmo com o Gau promovendo ele todo dia a stream não cresce kkkkkk.

Nah, that game doesn't even require you to aim most of the time, they have tons of melee characters too.

Still here...

ok

Because VLR mods are trash, sometimes I question myself if this site is moderated at all.

FPX is probably going back to China, Navi does the bare minimum in Valorant, mediocre lineup, no content, no effort in promote their team, Riot would probably choose a LEC team over them.

posted about a year ago

It's actually the opposite, Riot will 100% choose at least one russian org to keep some representation.

posted about a year ago

Gambit probably doesn't want to sell them now, they probably still have hope to get a partnered slot next year.

posted about a year ago

Overwatch is still the king of the NSFW game.

posted about a year ago

I mean, they have 70 job opportunities for Val related stuff rn. They are probably lacking workforce.

posted about a year ago

Current lineups have almost no relevance in this matter. They will choose teams based on long-term goals. Partnered teams will have plenty of time to rebuild.

posted about a year ago

BO1 doesn't work well in Valorant tbh and BO3 suiss would be a schedule nightmare.

Trembolona rent free in pro player's minds kkkkkk.

posted about a year ago

This conversation is completely irrelevant, Riot won't choose based on current lineups. Riot has contacted several orgs that don't even have a roster rn.

posted about a year ago

I don't see Riot giving NA more than 6 or 7 slots in a 12 team league, the more NA teams they put in the league, the bigger the chances of having no BR/Latam teams in Masters/Champions. This would hurt their viewership a lot considering that the NA fanbase is not loyal at all.

That being said, I doubt NIP will get a slot, NIP BR fanbase is small and their BR budget isn't great, Riot will 100% lean towards the BR LOL teams that have huge fanbase, like Pain/Furia.

posted about a year ago

Trembolona malding rn kkkkk

posted about a year ago

They don't have options, the only way to reach masters will be competing against NA and LATAM teams in the new America's league next year.

posted about a year ago

Sorry, I can't understand brazilian.

posted about a year ago

Reddit is super chill compared to hltv/vlr. These guys are too soft lmao.

posted about a year ago

He is a LOUD hater, Trembolona only have eyes for Mwzera.

posted about a year ago

He was atrocious in Val and BIG was mediocre at best, they finished the regular season with zero wins.

posted about a year ago

I don't it like either but this Gamelanders roster sucks and Liberty is garbage since heat left, TBK is actualy better than both.

posted about a year ago

Eu acho que a LOS é melhor que a Mibr/Stars e talvez até mesmo melhor que a Gamelanders, sem meme.

posted about a year ago

No It's not... League is more popular than CS and Free Fire is probably bigger than the two ones combined lmao. You are just being nostalgic and stuck in a bubble, youngsters do not give a shit about csgo and cs being a profitable job is a recent thing reserved to a really small group of people, BR local scene is in shambles because people only watch if Gaules is casting or if there are any of old washed veterans playing.

I am way above 20 and most of those people that you mentioned became famous only after their short dominance that put the BR scene on the map, the huge boost to csgo viewership came only after gaules turn into a successful streamer.

" Literally more than half the people in their 20s that you meet in br have played CS, the game came around when people in Br were finally managing to buy their own computers and CS came as a free and extremely entertaining game for this low income youth."

This part shows that you obviously do not know your country's reality LMAO.

posted about a year ago

There are tons of games more popular than CSGO in Brazil, I don't buy this "special connection to brazilian culture" thing lmao.
CSGO is basically the only big esport where we don't suck, this alongside with Gaules personality and the fact that csgo is realy easy to watch help to draw viewers, most of the people who watch him don't even play CSGO.

posted about a year ago

wtf? who on earth would leave Navi Val to play warface? I didn't even knew that game was still alive. It has to be another reason.

posted about a year ago

The scene is alive only in EU and BR, this is far from being healthy.

posted about a year ago

VRL France does not grant VCT spots anymore, teams can have lineups competing in the VRLs if they want, at least for now. It's similar to EU League of Legends where all the franchised orgs have a rookie team competing in the regional leagues.

posted about a year ago

No, according to Bo the merging was already being planned way before the Kennys deal. This OG/LDN lineup will compete in the VCT as the main OG roster.
Kennys would play in the OG french lineup for a short amount of time because the OG full french roster will disband after the upcoming VRL France season.

posted about a year ago

Não sei, esse cara é meio overrated. Teve um breve domínio com a Fusion Fraggers quando o cenário ainda era novo mas não conseguiu nada de relevante depois disso.

posted about a year ago

This is a move targeting the future partnership program. This happened with LOL too, some orgs merged to grab a spot.

posted about a year ago

All good.

posted about a year ago

The league where they are playing is irrelevant, the org is just trying to show to riot that they are willing to invest in the scene, it's basically a strategy to grab a partnered spot in the future league lmao.

posted about a year ago

Are you on drugs bro? I'm obviously talking about using this money to support their own scene. Competitive Dota 2 is basically dead in a lot of regions cause lack of support. Meanwhile, a few teams are earning millions.

posted about a year ago

Few teams gets loads of money while everyone else gets a middle finger. All that money could be used to support more scenes instead of making OG's owners richier.

posted about a year ago

I don't like this model, this just fills the pockets of few teams, it's way better for the scene to split the budget among multiple regions and leagues instead.

posted about a year ago

He is signed with G2.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean... NA scene has more BR teams than NA teams nowadays, if you can't beat BR teams then you aren't dominating anything lmao.

posted about 2 years ago

Meanwhile LOL fans are complaining about MSI format and pointing out that Riot only cares about Valorant nowadays... The grass is always greener on the other side LMAO

posted about 2 years ago

The german league has a second division/feeder league, I think they will compete there.

posted about 2 years ago

I feel like Riot is trying to help GMB, I mean... they are selling their CSGO roster but no news about their Valorant one. Riot is probablly waiting to see how things turn out to keep them in the scene.
Gambit is an OG LOL org, they probably have a good relationship with Riot.

posted about 2 years ago

Nah, the comunity is receiving the new system pretty well. The truth is that the biggest chunk of the fans do not care about tier 2 or whatever, they just wanna see big or famous teams/players competing and franchising delivers it.

posted about 2 years ago

I'm pretty Riot want at least one russian based based org in the league to keep the region representated.

posted about 2 years ago

There will be an offseason dedicated to third party tournaments.

posted about 2 years ago

They are probably doing this to secure spots for teams from poor countries. If it were money based the american teams would grab all spots of the american league and japanese/korean teams wold buy all spots in the asian one lmao.

posted about 2 years ago

VRLs are way better imo, the only thing they could change is the number of relegated teams, It could be 4 instead os 2. Other than that, the system is great fo regional development.

posted about 2 years ago

Every big game has huge numbers on twitch in the first days/week. Did you remember when Halo Infinite was 500k+ viewers on twitch for like two days? Where is Halo Infinite now?

posted about 2 years ago

Esports are nothing compared to regular sports in Brazil and yet we still give massive support for our representatives, even if our teams are bad (LOL teams cof cof). NA fans have no passion.

posted about 2 years ago

Female scene doesn't seem to be relevant enough for Riot to care about. And both lineups are terrible, they have zero chances to qualify at the same time.
