Taco has to perform well in this game to keep his job right? Like unfortunately he hasn't had the best performance this entire year starting at Lock/IN. With how deep the duelist role around Americas, I don't really see a team that would keep him with how bad this year has been for him. If there is a team who do you think peaks him up and why don't they go with someone else?
Why does the overlay keep breaking? It's broken so much recently, that you would think they would be able to find a fix for it. APAC is the only good production team compared to EMEA and the Americas. I just wonder if Riot is making a fix for it, that way these games can be visually appealing for fans of the team and the game.
masters 3 Berlin 2021 against ENVY 3-0
2023 LOCK/IN against LOUD 3-2
2023 Masters Tokyo against EG 3-0
What made you drawn to Valorant? Was it a game a friend suggested, or did you like other Riot Games projects? Why did you get involved with the Esports as well such as a favorite streamer being a pro player or already like esports
I respect Ascension for showing the players shit-talking as well as all the language they are using. It's cool to see all the players showing emotion in such a high-stakes game.
Yeah true LOL. Askia will surely get picked up by a franchise team if The Union doesn't win.
How many Brazilians are actually rooting for The Union, with everything that has circled around that team and its players, I wonder how many hometown fans are actually hoping they win.
If neither The Guard are M80 don't win Ascension, which players DON'T make Franchising? I think teams like 100T or Sen could use many of these players, but who do you think has to stay in tier 2 for a little longer?
Split is the decider for this series. If Fnatic win split then they probably win in 3 because their Lotus and Bind are just next level. I think if EG can win Split then I think they have a good chance of winning Ascent as well, and maybe possibly Haven. I think whoever wins Split will win this series.
What do you believe makes a perfect IGL? Is in the big brain stats or the leadership to rally their teammates back in order to come back from a large deficit.
Do you think that PRX's "IGL" system where someone has an idea then they go with just "W Key" will get more popular, or do you think that that type of system is only good for a team like PRX, and you should always have a designated IGL on your team.
Out of the 3 years of Valorants history, hundreds of players have had crazy performances and even crazier fan bases. Who is your favorite player and why did they leave a mark on you to become your favorite player? Was it one of their stream, or a historic performance at an event?
In your opinion, who is the most critical player on your favorite team? Whether it is an IGL like FNS, Boaster, or the top fragging duelist of Something and Aspas. Who do you deem the most valuable on your team and why do you say they are the most valuable.
My NRG fan side wants a quick NRG 2-0 just for the safety of my heart, but my valorant fan wants a very competitive game no matter the outcome.
Which professional is the best at each weapon, whether a classic or a knife? I want to know who you think is the best at holding an angel with a marshall, to holding hooka with a judge.
I should have said Im trying my best to use my util better as I can not win gun fights so the best thing after that is my util.
I was plat2 last act and got ranked gold 2 this act. I'm currently playing against mid-high plats. I am using my util correctly and know how to hold angels. I even regularly win DMs. Im winning most of my games but can not win gunfights for the life of me. I am swinging with my teammates and trying my best to play together. I don't know if Im just in a really bad slump that has lasted for about 4 days or if Im just doing something wrong.
No matter who your favorite team is, whether Franchised or a Challengers team, each team has excellent performances and some not-so-good. If you were running your favorite team, what change would you make? It can range from dropping a player or changing different roles. Just curious as to what people think would help their team succeed to either compete/win at Toyko or Champs
I'm not mad or anything, I could care less if a player gets hate. I just wanted to get other people's reasoning as to why they might hate a certain player(s)
Whenever a team is doing bad no matter what region, there is always some hate towards a player, maybe not the same player across the board but always some hate. I'm really curious as to why people actually hate the best players. Whether they have a terrible performance or just dislike the player in general, why do you hate that specific player? Is it because they shit on your favorite team all the time, or did they not live up to the expectations when they joined a certain team.
Of all the Envy/Optic/NRG games I have watched, Crashies is by far one of the most consistent players on the team. Win or lose he is going to show up. Where do you rank him on the team and initiators in the world?
Realistically what are the main issues with NRG? Does it have to do with role issues, or one person not performing to their expectations? How do you believe they could fix it, whether it be switching comps, or changing roles? Do you even believe there to be a problem at all, and they are just having a rocky start in Americas and will eventually gather themselves and show to be the excellent team that many suspected them to be?
Why did people not expect him to succeed on a franchising team? Was it the lack of success on previous NRG teams? Or people were comparing him to Marved and didn't see him as the same player. Why did almost everyone expect him to fail and hurt NRGs chances at Toyko?
Victor is by far one of the best duelist/entry fraggers that I have ever seen. He has been so consistent with every team that he has been on.
How long do you think Yay stays on DSG realistically? Does he get cut for role problems, the team is not doing well, etc.? Or do you think he will bounce back after the situation with C9 and create a good enough look for himself that a tier 1 team picks him up?
I hope to see Yay succeed as he was one of my favorite players and I love watching him compete. Hopefully, everything goes well and he is able to frag out alongside some DSG wins. Let me know your thoughts.
This is very true, as they still believe themselves to be contenders with a good player to replace Mistic. I'm just excited to see where he goes, and how everything unfolds.
This brings even more questions as if the org would want to build around him or just make him the last essential part of what they believe to be a contending team. These are just some fun questions to throw around while we wait for everyone to decide.
As more news about more members from Optic, such as Chet and Yay being allowed to search for new options regarding teams, I see everyone talking about NA and how he would be an excellent pick-up for 100T or EG and so on. But I haven't really seen anyone talk about how he could go to EMEA. What are the possibilities that he does end up on FNATIC, Team Liquid, or any EMEA team, and if Yay himself does decide to move to an EMEA team, what do you think will happen? Will he become just as successful and have the same consistency as when he was on Optic and Envy, or do you expect something else to happen?
I don't know just some food for thought, while we all waiting patiently for the rosters to be announced.
