Keep in mind the no brain argument doesn't always work. Lots of tier 2-3 teams have Ascendants as their IGL with bad aim. Look at FNS man, dudes a genius but has really bad aim for a pro. Aim matters more in comp than it does in pro. And I know he's hit radiant, but I think this is a little outrageous

I've seen way to many people say that "High Elo" doesn't start until immortal 3. Obviously its subjective and what not, but keep in mind, Diamond is still top 10% of the game and Ascendant is like top 2.5% or something like that. If you want to go off of where pros are playing and what not, sure Immo 3 is high elo and the rest is below. But some 80 or 85% of the game has never hit platinum. High elo doesn't just mean the top 20% of the game split from the rest and then ranked. I would say Diamond is where it technically classifies as High Elo. Put Diamonds and Radiants against Irons and it won't really make a difference to the irons, despite the radiants would roll diamonds versus each other. Then, VALORANTs MMR system is so scuffed that there are people in Immortal who play against low to mid diamonds, and there are people in Ascendant that are queueing against High immortals and even Radiants.

Let me know what y'all think, I feel like this debate needs to be settled

Played 3 games tonight and I am currently Ascendant 2.

1st Game
28 Kill 293 combat on reyna 14-12 win
+20 average rank was Ascendant 3 with 2 immortals

2nd Game
22 Kill Loss 255 combat score on Chamber 11-13 loss
-19 average rank was Ascendant 3 1 immortal

3rd game

20 Kill win 243 combat score 13-10 win
+16 average rank Immortal 1 with 1 immortal 2 and 1 immortal 3

Why did I gain less for playing above average with higher ranks ? Then why am I losing so much for playing well and above my rank. Please explain

Get off of my favorite team. I hate sitting on my couch every week to watch this team choke on water. We were up 10-2 with a viper, omen, and a cypher. During Madrid Qualifiers you averaged 7 kills per map. Your Highlight tapes consist of 3Ks while crouch spraying through a smoke. Please Liquid bring in Cloud And Replace Emil with Engh and bring back my king Sayf. Everytime I watch this team I become more and more delusional and violent.

So I am by no means an expert on player contracts and signings and stuff. However I do have an opinion and would love to hear other people’s thoughts.

1. Liquid need new leadership which means removing Emil and Enzo

2. Liquid keep Keiko, nats and Jampii (might have spelled that wrong)

3. Liquid replace Enzo with a t1 IGL like Shadow from KOI who was his former teammate and has been playing well for a bad team

4. Bring back Sayf

My question is. Out of everyone on the APeks roster, how did the IGL end up being not only the worst player to come from it, but also the worst IGL? 3 players from APeks are now IGLs for partnered teams and Enzo is by far the worst one.

Enzo is terrible, his calling is okay, but he’s average under 10 kills per map. Don’t pull the IGL card either. If we have 1 other player have a bad day besides him, we are getting crushed.

I agree for right now. Back during the Chamber method, I don’t remember the certain game, but he was an absolute demon against sentinels when they were in their prime. I have high hopes for neT, and I think he could become a superstar. Maybe a new team would help him out or he could be a 6th man like curry.

I’ve supported liquid in every game since I was like 7 with my cousin who was a fan of their CS team. Watched them lose back to back Majors when they were a round away. I’ve seen them get rid of Sayf for a boosted Frenchman and yet this guy said that Sentinels have better fans.

One thing people forget with viewer numbers. Valorant Champs was similar to CS Major last year on Twitch, YouTube and Kick. But Valorant also has 1.2 million on TikTok. I don’t think CS had nearly the amount Valorant did and they might not have even streamed on tik tok.

Depends on how you play it. It allows for lurks up market and cat and a lot of information on attack. My team was always better on attack, so locking down on defense really helped us

It seems crazy, but playing double sentinel instead of kay/o with Jett, Sova, Cypher, Omen, Killjoy is a very strong team comp. I've used it in Premier and HSEL and haven't lost a game with it. Kinda shocked no teams have atleast tried it.

Mistic showed that he has potential though. Played well against KOI the second time. But, Enzo was consistently at the bottom, making dumb plays. 3 players from the Apeks roster are currently IGL on Partnered teams, Liquid just chose the wrong one apparently.
